I like that I can Get money back on things I am going to buy anyways!

Simple process.

I have been using Ibotta since when they started. It’s been a journey. I rate them excellent because they have grown and learnt from their mistakes and now have the most excellent customer support team. So I am always sure ill be taken care of. And their process has improved so much that if I am following protocol, then I rarely need to contact support, if ever.

I had an issue with a receipt where I forgot to check the item I wanted a rebate on ahead of time. I reached out on the “help” portion of the Ibotta app and was told very quickly that it would be resolved. I know I should be more aware ahead of time but sometimes I get ahead of myself! They were kind and understanding AND able to undo my faux pas and gave me credit! They are the best shopping app out there!

I don't like your app. You don't allow me to just upload receipts they have to be from specific places and it doesn't allow for smaller stores. You make it hard to get in to it and I don't give all my info yo anybody.

Mistakes happen with the app but I have never had a problem getting it corrected after 1 or 2 messages to Ibotta through the app.

It can be frustrating when a submission is not credited the first time as it should be, but at least customer service is happy to fix it pretty quickly when you point out the mistake.

Great opportunity to make money I recommend anyone wanting to make some extra money to use this app

My concern was handled quickly and to my satisfaction through Chat. I was understood easily and with little elaboration.

I’ve been using Ibotta for years! The site itself works well and the rebates are paid promptly. However, the dollar amounts of the rebates have fallen sharply over the last year. In a time of economic hardship, it’s really disappointing.

The best part of having to request a missing Ibotta credit was that it landed in the lap of Cruzel, who promptly resolved the issue.

Offers should be available without having to click on every single one. It is a royal pain to have to look through the list for every store one shops at and click an offer. Just make them all automatic if the item is purchased! Also don't take away offers that state you can use it for more than one after a person just purchased one. I used at offer for one item at one store and bought the same item at another store. The offer is still on the liquor store but not the King Soopers. It was there when I walked in to the store because I checked.

I really enjoy this site. I have used this quite a bit especially in the laundry and health dept. I am using this as a little savings account for emergencies. It is very easy to use for non technological people.

Ibotta has the BEST customer service!! They are always very helpful and quick to answer questions/concerns.

Today Gerald helped me and was very kind and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Ibotta. I have withdrawn atleast over $100 so far. Its easy to use too.

I was missing cash back from a loyalty purchase. The "help request" was handled quickly. The associate was very efficient. Can't beat Ibotta!

sometimes it is easy to get everything figured out and sometimes it is not so easy. Stores are different. Thank you Ibotta for making this transaction easy.
