It takes way too long to get the cash back they promise. I even buy items I wouldn't normally buy just for the rewards. NOT !! It's taken 6 months or longer just to get to the $50 cash back threshold that I seriously want to cash out just to get rid of the app on my phone! but I will wait until after the holidays. this app is a friggin' joke

I submitted this receipt on Saturday so I would get the $5 weekend bonus. They declined my offer then but decided to give it to me now, minus the bonuses.

Awesome, I have earned over $5,000 with app and most the items are household things that I need.

Ibotta is a terrific app. I use it all the time. If I miss an offer, they inform me so I can increase my earnings. Thank you Ibotta, I love your app!!!

I was credited for the wrong offer, but that's not the issue. All of this could have been avoided, if you didn't receive an AUTOMATIC DENIAL everytime you submit a barcode for review.
While I was in Walmart, I submitted the barcode for review and was of course DENIED, even though it was the absolute correct item. I have had this same issue many times when I was holding the absolute correct item in my hand, and the barcode isn't accepted.
Is there even a reason that you have that option, because it never works, its never approved. Then you have to go through the trouble of submitting a ticket, taking pictures of your items and your receipt then emailing them just for a couple of dollars.
Your app needs to have the correct barcodes for the items that are listed. If that's an issue then at the very least when a barcode is submitted for review that you go back to the option of taking a picture of the item itself not just the barcode and an ACTUAL PERSON review the submission.

I submitted my receipt and was denied cash back for the Arm and Hammer detergent because it didn’t match the offer. HOWEVER, the picture shown for the product is the one I bought! This is deceptive and wrong!!

It was nice that IBotta let me know that I had cash back. I often forget to use it for grocery shopping.

as always, I can't scan my dollar general receipts, so I lost out on the $1.25 3 times on DiGiorno pizza. Maybe FIX THAT!!

I love Ibotta! It's easy to use and the $$ adds up quickly. I particularly like that even if I have not "clipped" an item, Ibotta will remind me I can get $$ for an item I purchased. Plus, once you redeem for an award, you get the code quickly instead of having to wait days to get it. It's a great app!!

I’ve been having a lot of issues with your site. Shopping trips not listed, difficult to submit receipts because the reader is blurry or other issues, loyalty links not working, jumping through AI hoops trying to submit a claim. It’s also been going on for a long time. In fact, I will use Rakuten, even if the cash back is less simply because their site is so streamline, easy to use and I always get my cash back. I never have to submit a claim. You do have some great offers, but what I have to go through, it’s not worth it.

I absolutely love using Ibotta as I shop! It’s so easy! With very little effort, I have made lots of money just by buying what I need, as long as it’s on my Ibotta list, I earn actual cash!
Over time, I have earned well over $1,000.00!

When I purchased the Kamora, it did not say not belled with other offers so I think it’s time just to Cancel the Ibotta app after this week don’t need the stress

Ive used ibotta for years and its been great. Ive made a few hundred dollars using the app until this year. I havent been able to successfully scan receipt in months (with the exception of maybe around 5). I scan the barcode and i wait and wait just for it to tell me that they are having connection problems. This happens no matter the time of day or night. I have gotten closer to my modem, ive cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled but no change. I have loved this app until this year and am going to just dump this app more than likely today

There are items on my receipt I didn’t receive credit for. This needs to be reviewed again.

It seems the more you buy the less you get?? I bought progreso soups previously and it was buy 2 get $1, now you have to buy FOUR to get the same dollar??? As expensive as things are asking to buy more for the same amount seems unfair, I’ve notice that with alot of my purchases like wonder cakes were $1 per box now it’s buy 2 boxes for the same dollar.. it’s lie you make it harder to achieve offers buy expecting to buy more for the same amount sadly it makes me less likely to bother with Ibotta..if it forces you to spend outside of your budget which isn’t cool right now with the increasing prices of everything

On Oct 2, I purchased 5 rolls of Jimmy Dean sausage and each roll I was suppose to get .65c back. I had 2 separate transaction and I got credit for the one receipt but when I went to upload the other receipt it’s like the sausage cash back was longer available. I was owed another 1.95 for the 2nd receipt but didn’t get it. It was all at the same time and same day.
