If I could give negative stars I would. I used to love Ibotta but after y’all charged me $3.99 maintenance fee cuz I had not used app in a few months really upset me but I will be ok once I withdrawal my money this time and then delete account.

To wait two days to two weeks to question a receipt is deceptive. There was nothing wrong with my receipts or purchases. I was given credit and then it was reversed. I still don't understand why and now do not trust making new purchases.

Started using this app years ago. Has gone downhill since. Too much fine print and Gottcha moments when it comes to cashback. Just be upfront and say how much.

My coworker referred me to Ibotta, she's used it for years. Wow, I feel so left out of this experience. Great way to get cash back rewards for doing your everyday shopping. I just started yesterday and already have cash back from my 2 receipts. Looking forward to referring others, every dollar we can snag for other items moving forward is A++in our family. You owe me 2.00 I bought two alkaline selzer cold and sinus and you only paid me for one they are not exactly alike but both have correct barcodes please look at receipt again...

My issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I really appreciate the extra cash back due to my 1 year anniversary; however the issue of receipts being difficult to read seems to be a recurring one, even with receipts that seem quite legible to me. I'm wondering if this could be an issue at Ibotta's end. Overall, quite pleased with the Ibotta app. Thank you!

I had one hell of a time finding Nelly‘s eggs on the app. A friend of mine is using the same app and lives near me. She had Nelly‘s eggs and got Credit for them. Finally, when I got back from Publix I found Nelly‘s eggs on the app. But then when it was time for me to carefully carefully carefully scan the code off of my eggs the damn App wouldn’t bring up Nelly‘s eggs so I had to send my receipt without it, but why did I not get them and my friend did and why did I find them an hour before but then didn’t find them again later on the same app?

The original processing of my cashback claim was totally absurd -- two clear offers (5¢ for any receipt and 6% on total CVS purchases) were clearly met and the response was that no qualifying purchases were found. On review, there was no change from this absurdity. Only when the Ibotta Care team took the case did a proper resolution quickly emerge. I'm grateful that that team knew what it was doing. Generally, I have no issues with Ibotta's processing, but this time was an exception.

It was quick and easy to submit my Aldi recipe.

I have no idea if giant eagle is taking it off my bill immediately or if it will by Ibotta. Very frustrating if I was working for a bonus.

I really like the way receipts scan themselves or that you can upload one very easily on other sites. I do not like the way Dollar General is done. It is too complicated to scan everything before you purchase and find the discounts. I think I have to get the discounts, and it is never right because I forgot a step. I would like it if you would fix this to make it easier. Thank you

To get cash back it seems a little complicated. I have other apps that are way easier to use and less complicated. Plus your wording on your cash backs need to be better. Like it needs to clearly state that you can't do it in-store purchase if you're picking up to get the rebate.
