I am deeply dissatisfied with the expensive return policy, extra postal charges, and the unhelpful customer support. I received the pair of slingback sandals I ordered but I believe they were faulty. The back strap was too long to fit for my size 4 more like the next size. I sent photos and the reply was that it was a sizing issue so had to pay to return as they dont do size changes as you have to reorder them. I will never buy from them again. Shame as I used to buy sandals from them all the time.

I will not be purchasing from this company in the future after my recent experience when an alleged delivery failed to materialise, no offer of replacement or refund offered but the expectation that I should discover the whereabouts of my missing delivery myself, after 7 weeks and threats of alternative options of resolving my loss, I finally received notification that I will receive a credit for this transaction.

I ordered a pair of Hush Puppies Pearce shoes directly from Hush Puppies, reduced from £100 to £29.99 but sold as new.

They arrived scuffed on both shoes, considerably worse on one, with torn cardboard inside the box. Hush Puppies called this a “manufacturing fault”, refunded me, and said they do not offer replacements or exchanges.

Frankly, that is not good enough. I bought shoes because I needed shoes. I expected a reputable footwear company to make some effort to provide an acceptable replacement. To add insult to injury, I was then asked to “gift [them] to charity”. Why should disposing of Hush Puppies’ defective merchandise become my responsibility? If they wanted them donated, they could have arranged their return and done it themselves.

A refund does not make this good customer service. Poor quality control, no meaningful attempt to put things right, and a response that felt dismissive and disrespectful.

Really pleased with my Hush Puppies purchase. Comfortable, well made and stylish, with quality cowhide leather.

Free next-day delivery in UK 🇬🇧 was a great bonus. Customer service was excellent too. I contacted them to confirm the type of leather used, and they took the time to find out and provide a clear answer. Great service.

Purchased a pair of shoes from this company. On arrival the were too small, not true to size in my opinion. Returned the shoes at my cost. When I received my refund it was also minus postage. This is implying that I must pay twice for postage. As far as I am aware, in distance selling you are due a full refund - in light of the fact I paid my own return postage. I have send them and email but my expe2is they take a while to reply. I may be going to my bank soon.

I will not purchase from this company again.

We ordered 2 pair one is deliver and one is still pending . And they customer care service is not answering we are trying from 4 days. And no email response 😕

Appalling customer service when you live in Northern Ireland, will send but nearly impossible to return. I am giving up at this stage and will never buy from this company again!!!!

I am having a very bad experience with the customer service. I ordered a particular shoe size and got a wrong size which doesn’t fit my child. I tired to process return and discovered I had to pay £5…that is absolutely unfair, the error was not mine. I contacted customers service and they requested photos to verify my request, sent them the photos and they have completely ignored me. My child is resuming school I had to spend another money to get another shoe. Spent twice because one silly staff made a mistake by sending the wrong shoe size. Never will I buy from them again! I will not recommend anyone to buy these brand!

Excellent stylish product at a very reasonable price.

They were extremely helpful when I was trying to cancel an order as I thought the shoes I had ordered were the wrong colour. As it turns out the shoes were perfect for my outfit for the wedding. Really fast response times to email and all in all a great service and the shoes are like slippers 🥰

Dealing with customer service was like talking to a brick. Google pay overwrote the address I had entered with an address from 6 years ago. They were no help the only option was to wait 18 days for the post office to send it back and then they might process the post refund in a further 14 days!

When I asked about PSD2 compliance (I work in a bank, but they need to verify the billing address postcode is the same as where the card is registered which was impossible in my case as I’ve log since moved) they got super aggressive and threatened me with lawyers

Awful customer service. Contacted them with an urgent delivery matter. Responded days later much too late to assist. Asked for further support and told nope that's it, sorry. AVOID.

School shoes purchased for my Daughter are way to wide, she has never had this problem before so must be this brand.
£4.99 to return aswell !!!!

The quality of the boots I purchased are really good. I also purchased some sandles which unfortunately were slightly faulty the customer service came back to me very quick with a full refund of my sandles. I will purchase from these again.

Lovely comfy sandals, exactly as advertised

Lovely footwear but I find them very narrow towards the toe. On an open toe sandal there is not quite enough room for my little toe !

Bought some sandals,wore only a couple of times ,leather on straps gone so soft they do not secure my feet,and inner sole very slippy.
Got in touch with customer service,asked to post pictures which I did ,Response "You have worn them."
I would not have found the fault had I not worn them.
Very poor customer service.
