My Hubble Connected product had issue from the start. Monitor will not pair with cameras. HC states they have live CHAT durng a short period in the am - no such chat availble (tried several days to access) - CHAT BOT only and stated HC will contact you within 48 hours. I entered the issue multiple times and have never recieved any contact from HC. Product is junk and there is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never purchase another product from HC. I would not even give HC 1 star - HC is 0 stars...................

Don’t buy it. Poor battery life, Frequent connectivity issues with both the camera- experiencing this multiple times a day. Also frequently have issues with the phone or parent unit connecting to the unit. Inaccurate temperature readings Device wasn’t cheap, should have gone with a different device and saved a bit of money at the same time

Absolutely appalling customer service I was gifted the pal monitor but it didn’t come with the video monitor which you cannot buy separately. I contacted them three times to ask for support in purchasing the monitor but they ignored all three emails, in the meantime they are CONSTANTLY trying to upsell you. If you just want a simple baby monitor this is not the product for you

My device has completely lost power and now won’t even charge after being just over a year old and customer service is shocking as they do not get back to you.
Not worth the money.

Cameras worked great intill my subscription expired after moving into a new house. I googled and trouble shot all the remedys to reconnect them (obviously resubscribed subscription) and nothing... ive emailed NUMEROUS times about my issue and gotten ZERO response. They is no telephone number for customer service and the contact email ur constantly redirected to never responds.. might of been a good baby monitoring system back in the day but its gone to crap.. I DONT recommend hubble connect cuz their expensive to begin with at purchase and if something happens and they quit working.. well thats ur problem now 🫤 cuz they certainly arnt there to help.

This is easily the most unreliable baby monitor. Constant connectivity issues on their end which makes monitoring your baby a very scary thing.

They now no longer allow you to take still photos for free as they’re trying to force people into premium versions of the app. NOT worth it!

Bought two Motorola Focus 66 cameras a few years ago to monitor my pets. I chose these because the basic monitoring was advertised as free and for a couple of years it was.
Out of the blue they have now decided to charge a subscription fee. Pretty sure this isn’t legal as far as trading standards goes. I would consider paying it if the app was a bit better and not so glitchy but it’s pretty rubbish really. Both cameras went in the bin. AVOID

Je mettrais zéro étoile si je le pouvais !!! Depuis septembre 60 emails échanger avec eux !! Mon appareil était neuf mais défectueux j’ai payer le shipping aller retour on m’a écrit qu’il était réparer en octobre 2025 et rien depuis il l’ont toujours en leur possession même après mise en demeure ! Par contre il s’excuse à toutes les fois et me dit que je suis prioritaire Grrr

Wouldn’t recommend the company or their products. Our product is faulty & no response from the company. I will now have to raise a dispute with Barclaycard.

This product has been a huge disappointment. It constantly has connection issues and is a struggle to charge, which completely defeats the purpose of a baby monitor. Even worse, it does not alert you when it loses contact with your baby.

On one occasion, the app showed everything was fine and still “connected,” only for us to later find the device lying on the floor — with no alerts or warnings whatsoever. That is incredibly concerning for something that’s supposed to monitor a baby’s wellbeing.

Because of these failures, the monitor is essentially useless for what it’s designed to do. At this point, the only feature we use is the night light. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.

The camera keeps disconnecting, customer support is terrible. All services are based on subscriptions.

Awful, even though the subscription was cancelled they want you to prove it, smells like a scam, it's like a market stall trying to deal with a greedy vendor who'd pick your pocket , effectively stole from a friend's bank account oh so much to tell about the way they deal with you, like stubborn children and the lies are completely see through, had to cancel an entire bank account so they can't access it again. Complete poopshow avoid

Advertising push notifications sent by the app, tremendously rude etiquette for an already-paid-for hardware product.

The company is dismissive in its replies to App Store comments pointing out that new parents don’t want to have to click through ads to see their child.

Extremely gross Black Friday push notification sent marketing a 2K monitor. When I install a baby monitor app and allow it to notify me with push notifications, I trust it to use that privilege with respect. The app instead abuses my trust when I have already locked myself into their ecosystem by purchasing their hardware.

There’s got to be some kind of false advertising law to prevent this kind of thing; obviously nowhere on the box does it say they’re going to send disgusting marketing notifications with no way to opt out.

This monitor is a hunk of junk. It regularly had connection issues, even though every other device in our household works fine. Less than 18 months later, it stopped working altogether and after following all recommendations, it will no longer pair to the app at all.

Work real well

I like the cameras, but I've paid for this app multiple times because it promises features like PIP, videos, and pictures saved to my cloud, among others. Every time I try to check if my landlord has been in my apartment, I somehow don't have any videos from the previous day. It's crazy to me that I've been paying for the same features that I was getting for free.

Wish the record times were longer and the events could be watched in a timeline view so we didn't have to go back to go to the next event

It is very, very challenging having nothing but email communication. The app will randomly stop working and when I had problems with the camera within a couple weeks of having it, it took over TWO YEARS for the company to send me a replacement. It is a great camera and I like the monitor. It just needs a lot of work to be more reliable.

nach langem Probieren habe ich es wie die Einrichtung gemeistert, ein paar Tage könnten wir es nutzen und dann boom alles reseted und bitte fange nochmal bei null an. Zeitverschwendung !
