Simple registration process but absolutely hate they hound you daily about upgrading your warranty to sign up to an insurance policy to extend the warranty , you get emails, post and messaging, all totally unnecessary

System very easy to use felt confident that i had correctly carried out my registration.

Straight forward no apparent complications

Easy to register the appliance but it took a while for the confirmation email to come through, resulting in registering the appliance a second time as I thought my initial registration wasn't successful.

Your technician was polite and friendly, He was clearly competent and knew what he was doing. The work took about half an hour, All the old fridge etc was
taken away, A good customer experience.

The Hotpoint engineer came and taken away the old machine and installed our new Hotpoint.
Was done very professionally.

Covered all the items we have bought recently - not just Hotpoint but Whirlpool and Lamona as well which made life a lot easier.

Phone answered promptly. Polite and informative but wasn’t expecting a five minute long sales pitch to register my appliance.

The process seemed straight forward and easy, except it seemed to be focused on purchases of one appliance, whereas I purchased and wanted to register two (fridge and freezer). It got confusing when it came to know if both have been accepted. Plus, I have seemed to have only received a confirming email for 1 years standard warranty and not the ten for BOTH appliances

The person at your end made the points clear without ambiguity.

The engineer arrived on time. He was very efficient and talked me through what he had done. His initial thought was that the problem was the element on the oven and he proceeded to replace the master board. Initial tests seemed to show that the problem was solved. However I came to use the oven today and the original problem has returned.

It was a problem that was resolved very quickly

Lave-vaisselle HOTPOINT qui ne sèche pas la vaisselle…
Nous sommes obligés d’essuyer la vaisselle à la fin du cycle !
Les parois et le fond sont plein d’eau
Ce lave-vaisselle est garanti 2 ans, il est dans une résidence secondaire, nous avons dû nous en servir seulement une dizaine de fois.
Suite à notre demande d’intervention technique au SAV un technicien est venu à 3 reprises constaté le problème avec aucune solution de réparation.
La réponse du service après-vente HOTPOINT après de longs mois d’attente, c’est normal votre lave-vaisselle n’a aucun problème !
Trop facile de balayer le client alors que le lave-vaisselle est NEUF et garanti 2 ans !!!
Je leur ai demandé un écrit du compte rendu avec leurs conclusions et bien entendu ils me disent que ce sont des documents interne.
Je ne vais pas en rester là
Donc pour ceux qui cherchent un avis : A FUIR….

The appliance that we purchased came with an extended 5 year warranty labour and 10 year parts, when registered it came up with a 1 year parts and labour warranty.
I spent hours on the phone to Hotpoint and Curry's, I even went to the store who advised me to call Hotpoint as it was nothing to do with them.
Eventually i spoke with a lady who kindly sent me a link to claim the extended warranty which initially no knew anything about.
