Everything was brilliant. It was a very clean and cosy apartment to stay in with plenty of room for the two of us.

Had milk there for us when we came in, the TVs worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable.

As for the area, what a beautiful place. lts close to literally everything in Saltburn.

Would 100% stay here again, felt right at home and the gentleman who greeted us as we left was also lovely.

Can't recommend it highly enough!

The kitchen was not well appointed, knives were not sharp.
The sitting room couldn't accommodate the people in the bedrooms and ventilation was poor on a hot day. The TV didn't work at all and the staircase smelt bad.
It really wasn't the high end property we were expecting for the price.
The positive (and the only reason for the second star) was the location in Liverpool centre.

We had a lovely stay at Scarborough view. Instructions were nice and clear. We had our own parking space. EV chargers were available , but were all offline when we tried to use. Which was disappointing.
Comfortable bed in apartment. Good shower over bath, but the overhead shoulder needs a good clean ,also some black mold in bath corner.
Velvet settee not comfortable. I think springs may have gone. You sink into the
middle.Also apartment on a main road. So lots of traffic noise.
These didn't spoil our stay. We still had a good time.

Stayed for 3 nights with my Husband at Scarborough View Luxury Apartment as we had tickets to see Deacon Blue at the Open Air Theatre.
The apartment is spacious, extremely clean with a beautiful contemporary interior and in a great location. The bed was also very comfy. We couldn’t have asked for more, in fact it was just like home from home. The added bonus of 2 balconies was a bonus giving us a chance to step outside for some air due to the heatwave.
Would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend to anyone who loves this part of Yorkshire as much as we do.

We had an amazing first stay in Becalmed. We will definitely return as it is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The view is really special with incredible sunsets looking over towards Warkworth castle. The apartment has a very high end finish and really feels like a treat getting to stay there. There is a dedicated parking space, incredibly comfy beds and great wifi. Host and Stay were great to deal with, checked in with us during our stay and we were made to feel that we could contact them at any point if needed. The head housekeeper also checked on us to ask if we had everything we needed. We already can't wait to return.

Fabulous little cottage. Located in the peaceful north Devon area. Well equipped, comfortable and so quaint. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer setting. The milk and eggs left for our arrival was so nice too!!
Only one little negative and that was garden could do with a trim around as couldn’t sit outside due to foliage overgrowth but we were out all day so not too much of an issue

The cottage was lovely and clean , lovely bed linen, everything you need! Beautiful well kept gardens. Beautiful village to.
Bad points, the cottages are not named on bookings and people kept trying our door 🙄 The bathroom was amazing but the shower head faced over the screen to the side and would not go into the middle , wet floor , had to hold the shower head in your hand to get it on you not the floor ! Laundry room good but next to the bedroom and people loading washing late at night and leaving going , woke me up banging and spinning 😵‍💫 maybe a sign saying please don’t use after 9pm ! But overall a beautiful place and would definitely stay again , but maybe not next to the laundry room ! Nice pub next door with great food, nothing to far away and if you like sheep you will be very happy 😆

Fabulous well maintained flat but not for the non athletic type due to the number of stairs to negotiate. Everything was A1 apart from the mirrored wall cupboard over the sink which makes it virtually impossible to wash or brush your teeth over the sink unless you are under 3 foot tall.A flat wall mirror would be better as there is ample cupboard space anyway.We loved the velux window opening configuration and due to the high temperatures we got it was was ideal.Ideal position for the town and park.We would definitely consider it for the future.Parking isn't a big problem we used the Just Park app and ended up 10 minutes walk away for £24 for 4 days.

Wonderful location and very comfortable accommodation. Nice decor and The Bean Genie dhop next door was great. Perfect for Berwi k, Lindidfarne and Bamburgh.

The luxury apartment was beautiful. Immaculate and so well thought out, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, opposite a beautiful park, views from the dining table, apartment 4. 5 min walk into Whitby, perfect location. The hosts were great and even told us the history of the property which was lovely to hear.

Cancelled the stay after 1 week - but with only 2 weeks notice.

Gave the property to someone else after Id paid in full.

There was no other availability by then on the platform.

And the refund would have taken so long to process i had to cancel the holiday entirely.

If you’re ever looking to say at Saltburn-By-The-Sea, this is your place. It’s such a lovely, clean, modern and well presented apartment, with everything you need, including an enclosed yard for your doggie 🐶 We will 100% definitely be returning x

Excellent ground floor flat , very clean modern , comfy bed and close to town . Added bonus of a car parking space .
If I had to put a negative comment would be please put a fan in ( extremely hot when we stayed ) but that’s the only negative . All correspondence from booking to checking out was excellent

Stayed at saltburn property. Can't fault it it had everthing I needed can't fault it can't improve it very good

Our booking was cancelled because the property owner chose to leave Host & Stay's management service. Despite this, I was asked to cancel the booking myself through Booking.com, which felt inappropriate given that the cancellation was not initiated by me.
What has been even more frustrating is the handling of the refund. Three weeks after the cancellation, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. This is particularly disappointing considering that when we booked, the payment terms were changed from no deposit to a 50% deposit, and payment was requested immediately. In fact, we received repeated reminders to pay promptly, yet the same sense of urgency has not been shown when refunding our money.
Poor communication, slow refund processing, and a lack of accountability have left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through this company.

Apartment was just as we imagined clean tidy plenty of room & dog friendly, it was walking distance into center of whitby 10 out of 10 we loved our stay.

Great location, spacious property, with everything you need. Really enjoyed the stay.

The appartment was excellent. Lovely views from bedrooms and main living area. The appartment is steps from the beach and central to all amenities in Redcar. We had the first floor appartment which was finished to a high standard and had every appliance we needed

Lovely place to stay, bed very comfortable, been to this one before, still all prepared for a great stay. Love the village.

The house was dirty, smelly and not cleaned at all. We had travelled from Manchester and wanted to check in at 2pm instead of 4pm but we were told this wasn’t possible as they were preparing it for us. Obviously NOT. Communication wasn’t great and I was called at 2AM! To let me know that the cleaners weren’t coming. Overall one of my worst experiences.
