The flowers were delightful and delivered in a timely in a timely manner however the website is misleading. I thought i was ordering from the Red Deer Hospital Gift shop not an American company. I would not have ordered knowing it is a US company.

The flowers I ordered were much larger and fuller than the ones delivered. The flowers delivered were not much larger than a Starbucks cup. Very embarrassing.

Great at communicating (via text which is awesome) and they wait to deliver flowers until patients are out of the ICU or in a space where flowers can be received. The order was not what I ordered, it was much smaller and some of flowers were wilted, tried contacting and even sent pictures, I was told thry were going to look into it and get back yo me for a refund and it has now been 6 days and no response. I will NEVER use this service again.

Balloon a week late!
EDIT: The company responded. Proactive business management includes communicating with the customer as soon as you realize there is an issue. Reactive management includes responding to a review because someone complained. Which do you think is better? If there was a problem, contact the customer and make it right BEFORE they write a review.

The flowers were delivered same day, and were beautiful. The balloon, however, arrived almost A WEEK LATE. The patient happened to still be in the hospital, but I paid for same day delivery for ALL items, not some.
