Actual flowers looked nothing like photo
I am only giving two stars because my son’s girlfriend received her flowers less than an hour after I ordered. That is the only positive.
The bouquet arrived looking nothing like what was pictured on the website, which was full and beautiful. This was about 1/4 the size and looked like someone had stomped on it first. I was embarrassed to see how it looked upon arrival and for the price I paid, this service should be ashamed.

What happened???
I don’t know if it’s the company, or the florist the contracted with, but had problems with my order and who knows if it would have happened if I hadn’t followed up. First the deliver was delayed to where my family member discharged from hospital to home. Then it took few more days for my order to be delivered to their house. I ordered a healing serenity bouquet plant and get well artisan flowers of the day, and only flowers were delivered. This company did refund the delivery fee. But the order and delivery didn’t meet my expectations. Ordered July 18 and delivered today, July 24.

Horrible experience
I ordered flowers 2 days ago and they have not been delivered. Getting through to customer service is nightmare. Twice promised call backs and still nothing.

Vile, reprehensible, evil business, pretending to be the actual gift shop at the hospital. Do not trust these people. They’re stealing your money when you can buy flowers directly from the gift shop and support the hospital. How can people be so disgusting?

I ordered on this site because it was for same day delivery but the order was delivered 2 days late. Patient was already checked out. When asked for a refund, I was told that I could have store credit so I had to have the order redirected.

The flower were promised same day-bad delivery service
The flower were promised same day. Was delivered to the MAIN hospital front desk instead of the childrens hospital area when a room number was provided. The ballon arrived late the same day and the flowers had to go be found at the other desk.

Not the convenience you are hoping for
My flowers were not delivered in a timely manner. Ordered on Friday - delivered on Sunday after the patient had been discharged. We believed that ordering directly from the hospital gift shop would make things easier. We were wrong.
