Despite ordering within the same day…
Despite ordering within the same day cutoff, they were unable to deliver until the next day.
Despite ordering 2 items, a flower basket and a balloon bouquet (6 - It's a boy) , only a flower basket with 1 balloon was delivered.
They were very prompt at responding to online inquiries.
The flower basket was very nice and got rave reviews. Looks like they substituted a better flower arrangement with 1 balloon (Generic Baby).
They did not inform me of this substitution.
Acceptable, but not optimal.

They don’t communicate at all , not only did I get chargerged $19.99 for a same day delivery it didn’t come same day. I called they said it would come the next it’s now 5 pm still no flowers and on top of all that you don’t even have what I ordered and gave me no info on what you switched it out with

Did not deliver same day as promised
Did not deliver same day as promised. In fact not sure if they were ever delivered to them. Last I heard they were dropped off at the hospital late the second day

My gifts couldn't be delivered to the patient because of the area he was in. I asked for my order to be cancelled so I could reorder when he was moved to a different room. Instead they gave them to his son who didn't want them. I spent over $200 on these gifts from out of state.. I'm upset that I was told the order was cancelled when it wasn't...

company states same day delivery for orders taken before 1:00 pm.
My order, paid at 12:00 but were delivered the next day. disappointing. Flowers were exquisite!!
Diane was very helpful and reassuring in hopes for delivery on time but they were all out of flowers until tomorrow.

Had to scout the hospital to find the arrangement
Balloon arrangement I ordered was great, however I received an email that it was delivered but it was not. I had provided the patient's name and room number as well as paid a $15 delivery fee but 24 hours later, and after multiple phone calls to various places, we realized it was left at the main desk of the hospital so the recipient's family had to go and retrieve it. Not sure what the delivery fee I paid was for.

Due to hospital security protocols, our drivers are unable to deliver directly to patient rooms, so the bouquet was left at the hospital’s designated receiving area. Our balloon bouquets are prepared off-site and delivered directly to the hospital, which is why a delivery fee applies. We understand how frustrating it was for the family to retrieve the bouquet, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Last May, I called the Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte to order a balloon bouquet to be sent to my granddaughter's hospital room. They referred me to a link on their website. I assumed the website was affiliated with them, but unfortunately that turned out to be incorrect. I ordered a Lilo & Stitch balloon bouquet to be delivered to my granddaughter's room the same day. That did not happen. After she was discharged, I was told that they would deliver the bouquet to the residence. When that finally happened, it was the incorrect bouquet. They sent Bluey instead (same color, but not the same character and too young for my granddaughter). Furthermore, there was no gift card attached. I messaged customer service multiple times and was told that the error would be corrected and the proper balloon bouquet sent. While waiting for that to happen, I received a completely different message from customer service that simply said, "The balloons delivered to the house are the balloons we rerouted from the hospital." I never heard from them again and the correct balloons were never delivered. Be kind to yourself and stay far, far away from this company!!!

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a fruit bouquet on Saturday morning 8/8 - you took my money right away - but didn't tell me until Saturday evening that the delivery wouldn't be until Monday. My daughter was on bedrest in labor and delivery. I know they started Pitocin Monday morning - I don't know if she actually got it in time or not. I'd have loved to see a picture of her with fresh pineapple - you know?
