This Company is misleading
This Company is misleading. Says to order by 1p n flowers will be delivered to bedside that day. Well firstly its not a hospital shop. 2nd they tacked on a 20.00 fee for tax n DELIVERY fee. They drop the flowers off at hospital front desk. Getting them to the patient is up to the nurses or volunteers. So the volunteer wasn't there when my order was "delivered" I had to call the front desk and ask that lady to please to it to the pt upstairs! Finally late that evening my friend got them. 2 stars cuz they were pretty flowers. But horrible "delivery" service. That should be noted on their site along with the cost. Very misleading!

Very disappointed I ordered flowers for daughter and balloon bouquets for 2 grandkids that were all in a bad accident. I got message that one was delayed til next day. My daughters was immediately delivered without a card so she didn’t know who they were from. She took a picture to post on Facebook to see who sent them. Grandkids never got theirs they were discharged before they came. Horrible customer service.

CHEAP & LATE Flowers did not arrive same day. When they arrived, the $90 bought me 4 carnations, 3 roses, and filler from the local Harris Teeter.

Too long to deliver!
I placed an order on Saturday afternoon. There was no delivery on Sunday which is somewhat understandable.
NOT DELIVERED ON MONDAY. NOT DELIVERED TO FACILITY UNTIL TUESDAY AT 6:58 PM!!! Not sure what time it was delivered to her room. Wednesday I believe. Should have ordered from a different vendor.

I would give them a zero if possible! I first tried ordering by phone with the Weill Cornell gift shop but was told there was only one staffer there who could not handle the order, and advised ordering online through this site. I did so. After paying an extra $20 for the "delivery fee" I learned that they are unable to deliver to patient rooms. I was told that either a patient's visitor/family member OR a staff person from the patient's floor would have to pick up the flowers. There ensued 3 days of confusing and repetitive texts and emails with this service. They asked for - and I gave - the patient's husband's cellphone number, supposedly so the pick-up could be coordinated. The husband tried to locate the flowers in 2 separate places in the hospital but with no luck. I have asked for a full refund, since the patient was discharged today.

They went above and beyond
The flowers I ordered for a hospitalized loved one were delivered, but the volunteer staff did not take the flower to the pt at that time. My loved one was transferred out of the hospital the next day and the volunteer office at the hospital would take no responsibility receiving the flowers and not yet delivering them to the patient. Hospital Gift Shop went back to hospital, retrieved the flowers, and then drove then to my loved ones new facility. Such a breath of fresh air to get that kind of customer service nowadays. I will definitely order again.

My order was not delivered to the…home
My order was not delivered to the patient while in the hospital. Then I received a message that said they would deliver it to the home. After that I received a message that said they could not deliver it. I responded saying I was told they would. Finally she received the balloons several days after she was home.
I also tried to send a stuffed animal to patient and was told “this wasn’t an add on”.
Your online store is extremely difficult to use. I had to call in my order and this is a children’s hospital and you have only a few gifts for children and then you can’t always prefer them. I have dealt with other children’s hospitals and have never seen anything so limited and difficult. The only reason I gave a 3 was because my niece finally received the balloons otherwise I would have given a 1.

You never delivered the gift
You never delivered the gift. I messaged the company Day after Day approving a change and you guys never delivered anything. I was emailed I would receive a refund but haven’t. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company.
