Prompt delivery, and handled the cycle to work scheme admin without any issues. The bike arrived with a minor ding to paintwork, they free issued touch up paint. Great communication. Would recommend.

Product is of very poor quality metal…
Product is of very poor quality metal sticking out of tyres inside when I contacted company they didn't want to now, don't buy go for a pure customer support outstanding

Hello - not sure why you have said we didn't want to know when this is not true. Having looked through the emails between you and the support dept we have asked you to send emails of the tyre. You were complaining about the tyre quality and then said that you wanted a new scooter. We asked for photos of the faulty tyre yet you haven't sent any?

A great quality of service
A great quality of service! They take care of the customers very closely when you have a problem. My bikes kickstand was broken when came out of the box. Company provided me new one in less than a week. Also very good at after sales communication.
