Before Christmas, Julie came out at short notice after we had to change our original day agreed due to a delay with our completion. She spotted over 150 snags including some major concerns. Her detailed report was completed in less than 24 hours of the inspection being carried out which we have sent on to the developers to await for them to action. Thank you very much for your support Julie, with what has been a very difficult house buying purchase. Fully recommend to anyone buying a new build - it’s certainly worth the money!

Very happy with the quality of snagging performed at our new build in Cambridge and all for a very reasonable price. Julie who performed the survey was punctual, thorough and polite. We really could not be happier with the service.

Thank you for Julie of her professional and take special attention to what I mentioned.

Julie was excellent at explaining the defects found, and the report was sent to us very quickly.

Julie was a lovely woman who did a great job in being very thorough! Looked at things we would not have been able to. It has been fabulous receiving the report so the builder can see exactly what is being referred to.

It’s providing professional snagging service that customers ever trust and rely on.

Would definitely recommend! Great service, very thorough and detailed inspection. Super friendly and informative. Found things I wouldn't have spotted and the report was so useful, passed it straight onto the builder to resolve which made it much easier too. The peace of mind the service gave me for my new house was worth every penny.

Julie’s inspection was thorough and the report produced was detailed well presented. She was friendly and explained everything, drawing on her extensive knowledge within the housebuilding trade. I would definitely recommend Home Snagging UK to anyone who is buying a new build, they see the minute detail you wouldn’t have thought was part and parcel of a good handover. Thank you Julie!

We had Julie Irvine to snag our house.
Julie was fantastic and very professional.
She took time to explain everything to us.
The report is very well put together and easy to follow.
The whole experience has been excellent from first communication to the arrival of the completed report.
Would recommend to anyone.

On time and quick. Very good service. I got my report on same day.

Very thorough report. Would not have spotted many of the defects myself.

Absolutely brilliant especially when you buy a new house from these so called builders found 177 faults with the property most witch was small things but it hi lighted that need to be done so really good company and easy to use

Keith and Julie were absolutely brilliant. They found multiple issues with our home that we would have missed without their service. We were very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They found over 100 snags and they were really thorough. It was also lovely to chat to them and pick their brains. I would highly recommend their service for anyone buying a new house. It's a tiny fraction of the price of the property but so worth it! It also gives you an additional peace of mind that someone else will pick up on all the snags for you, so it is one less thing to worry about in the long list of things that need to be taken care of when moving into a new property. Thank you!

Highly recommend the service provided by Home Snagging UK. Julie was thorough in her inspection and gave an excellent overview prior to the report being issued highlighting the key issues she had noted. Worth every penny to put your mind at rest and leave you feeling secure in your new home. It took around 3/4 hours to review a new three bedroom house and I would definitely use them again and suggest you do too!

Fantastic experience all round. Julie and Keith are superb at what they do. Very eagle-eyed and spotted things that we hadnt! Very considerate around small children in the home as well. Professionalism with a personal touch and I'd 100% recommend them to anyone purchasing a new home. Report was completed and emailed the same day. Thanks again guys!

Keith and Julie are a fantastic team and provided us with excellent service both during the snagging process as well as with a detailed post-snag report. Keith also spent some extra time after the survey to help us understand some of the important snags and answered all our queries patiently. The report itself was very easy to understand with visual evidence of the flaws along with a brief individual description.
We are very grateful to this wonderful team for their survey as we are sure we would have missed more than 50% of the snags without their help. Highly recommend a professional snagging survey from Home Snagging UK especially for first time buyers.

Julie was professional and replied email efficiently. The snagging service was to the point and report was received within short period.

Julie was absolutely excellent. Very professional and thorough and was able to spot many snags that I never would have known to look for. Great value for money and certainly helped us make some savings down the line! Recently snagged our new development at Hallam Towers and would highly recommend to anyone else looking!

Julie was excellent and found 127 snags on my property showing her extensive experience as previous site manager herself and snagging expert. She had a keen eye for detail and was very approachable, I found about 15 snags myself therefore if anyone buys a new build they definitely should get Julie or her team to do a survey for you.

Julie was fantastic! I don't know what I would have done without her as she spotted so many things with my new build that I would have missed! She was at my house for a few hours and was very professional. I even got the report the same day. Julie went everywhere and paid amazing attention to detail. Even little things that I hadn't identified she found. Fortunately, my property had only 85 snags and was structurally sound. The site manager even concluded that the report was very detailed and actually told me it was worth the investment. For anyone with a new build considering whether or not to get a professional snagging survey I would recommend Home Snagging UK and I would say make the investment as you will end up regretting it later on if you don't!

Thanks Julie - from a very happy customer!
