AXIS are Useless, unreliable, time wasting incompetent liars.
Home Group knows of the failings its tenants are getting from Axis, but they do not care and continue to use them and allow axis to treat home group tenants like dirt.

This company is not disability friendly…
This company is not disability friendly when it comes to filling out forms I filled the forms out and I struggled with my learning they emailed asking me to send stuff over so I rang them to say about my learning and I didn't understand what they wanted from me they said I will get a call in 5 days to help me when I got the phone call they said they closed my application because I didn't reply to the email me and my partner both struggle with learning disabilities and I have autism and I struggled with the first application never again will I apply to them was so upset
