It was frustrating initially when the website for business sign-up did not allow the name of our church to be uploaded. Several attempts, several emails and several different people involved before my final call for help answered by Olivia/Lydia.

The email response was very prompt, which left the customer impressed with the service.

The team are working hard my behalf but they appear to be working g with their hands tied.
I do not understand why it has taken nearly twelve months to migrate our account.
The other thing I would like you to look at are your invoices as I more confused when I read them, they show a current balance then a minus figure, but the minus is not a credit it is a charge in any other accounts a minus means credit, but not in your world, I would appreciate a call to discuss

I've only given you 3 stars because (as it turned out) your online system for changing tariffs didn't work properly.
I was suspicious that it hadn't worked properly so I called and I have to say that Joseph's help was first rate and definitely worth 5 stars. He tried to help, established that he wasn't able to, and so undertook to find the answer to the problem and get back to me the next day. And he did exactly that, with my issue sorted out. Excellent, and how refreshing to get through promptly to a human being. Just a pity the system didn't work properly in the first place.

It was a good result but tbh the waiting time and I had to ring to sort it out so maybe octopus need to look into checking updates to make sure they are done correctly before a customer has to contact to resolve the issue
