Having never sourced an engagement ring (or let alone any other sort of diamond ring) in this way before, we found Holts, and in particular Claire, to be very straight forward, knowledgeable and patience. We have just collected the ring and are absolutely delighted with it.

We had the best experience with Holts while choosing our engagement rings. Amy and Marianne were both wonderful, so patient, passionate and helpful. We came in thinking we wanted the style of ring we’d seen in many windows across Hatton Garden, but with their help we left with ones we truly love, that really feel like us. We’ve recommended Holts to many friends and will keep doing so!

An excellent experience designing a special necklace for our 25th anniversary. They were very helpful and collaborative, open to suggestions, and checking design elements with us at every step. A very meticulous process. A beautiful and well crafted piece was made, adjusted to fit exactly as we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with them and we love the necklace!

Having visited a number of jewellery stores in Hatton Garden we found our experience at Holts to be a refreshing experience. Alicja's knowledge, experience and advice were so helpful in finding the perfect stones and creating our engagement ring.
