I went into the Beverley store to spend some vouchers from my birthday. I was kindly helped by Harriet who was very patient as I was trying to decide what to buy. I ended up with a lovely ring and bracelet. Thankyou ☺️

I recently purchased a bracelet from Daniella Draper in Beverley, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the whole experience again. The bracelet itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully crafted, elegant, and clearly made with real attention to detail.

What truly set the experience apart, though, was the exceptional professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to help me choose the perfect piece, which was to match an existing necklace. They offered thoughtful guidance without any pressure, and made the entire visit feel relaxed and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

I have just received my newest piece which is a stunning stone encrusted gold cross. As always the customer service was excellent, my parcel was beautifully packaged & arrived quickly given it was specially made by the amazing workshop team & lastly I absolutely LOVE it!

Daniella’s jewellery is just gorgeous & lovingly made to last a lifetime. Thank you to all the lovely team including Amelia, Olivia & the workshop team, you are all fabulous!

Victoria , Sarah and Shannon are so friendly and welcoming. Whatever you are looking for they are right there to help you. It is not awkward to talk to these workers they are funny and respectful . Best experience I have ever had in a jewellery place.

Whether browsing or buying - I love the experience of these stores. Staff are so helpful, stores are elegant and the jewellery is unique and stylish. I left it late to buy a gift but was so impressed when the store prepared my pieces and messaged me to collect in less than 48 hours.

I ordered a birthday gift with two day delivery, on the second day I hadn’t had delivery or tracking information, I was leaving for America in two days time and began to panic as it was a birthday gift someone I was travelling with. So I contacted the help email & was responded to by Amelia very quickly who explained to me that they did not want to compromise the quality of the product by rushing however understood the urgency & explained it would be with me the following day, the following day still no tracking panic set back in, I contacted Amelia again who informed my that unfortunately the product hadn’t made the shipping time, I was gutted then what came next really surprised me, I was told not to worry and that the bracelet would be hand delivered to me before leaving for the USA. I couldn’t believe my luck, and true to word it was delivered by the lovely Mia just in time, the customer service received is second to none (as always) but this was truly above and beyond and I cannot thank Amelia & Mia enough!

The whole experience was flawless, from beginning to end. Fast delivery to the USA. And the bangle is absolutely beautiful.
I look forward to my next trip home to Cleethorpes in October so I can shop in person.

Outstanding service, I had made a mistake on my order and rather than go ahead a member of staff called and checked. She then rang back a confirmed spellings. The member of staff was professional and friendly. The bracelet was perfect and delivered very quickly. Perfect product, service and delivery.
