I'm been waiting 15 months for refund on flight tickets from holidayme, worst customer service, no follow up, still waiting for refund. Never use holidayme for any peace of mind.

Thank you Holiday Me & John. You have shown the complete justice to the term "customer service & satisfaction'. I met with an accident just one day before I had to c/in at the hotel that I booked through holiday me and I was not in a mood to c/in to a hotel next day. Although I was not so sure, whether my request of cancellation or postpone the booking will be entertained by holidayme as the free cancellation period was already expired, I thought of giving them a ring. starting from the person who picked up my call, everyone was so professional. and at the end, my booking got postponed without any hassle.
Thank you John and holidayme team for the service extended towards me.

It’s my first reservation through holidayme.
Booking through there app was smooth and good catch.also there support staff mr. Sikandarkhan was so helpful.the negative was when the app didn’t let me choose the cheapest price I found.
But I still have good price compared to others

Quick response
Its my 2nd time to booked at holidayme in apps for hotel coz the rate is lower or they have promo or discount in booking, recently i booked my hotel in apps and iits failed so i called the hotline and Mr Priyaranjan answered he is quicked to resolved the problem and assist to get my booking in hotel and am thankful for his help and quick response.

Holiday me is a new website that I started making reservations with recently. It was recommended by my brother. The website have many nice discounts from time to time. I also had a problem once with my booking, and they called me in few hours after completing my reservation to rectify the issue.
I will for sure recommend Holiday me to friends and famoly.

Customer service was good
had a problem with the booking of a hotel. It was showing me unsuccessful booking but payment was made. I spoke to a consultant named Sikandarkhan and he assisted me wonderfully. He made sure contact was always available and gave me wonderful service through out. Thank you so much!

Not convenient while using the mobile…
Not convenient while using the mobile app booking, I have made a booking then amount was deducted immediately and booking not done at all!
Then, I needed to do international call then came to know that room which I have selected was not available and then they book another room which kept me on call for almost 15 minutes to get the confirmation!!
