Trouble to get confirmation during booking process. And room that was given to us during the check in was different from the one that we had booked.

However, Arthi, agent of Holiday Me did a good job of getting it confirmed and also to get special requests conveyed to the hotel.

I had issue with my booking in which i had to call the customer care to inform about them about it. Within half an hour my issue got resolved and my booking got confirmed. Very timely and responsive support 👍

Easy booking experience with good price

Good customer reps. I had an issue with a booking and the customer service rep: Priyaranjan Balghare was friendly and helpful in resolving it

We faced a problem with the hotel reservation on arrivals, a special thanks to Mr. Sikandarkhan Inamdar who was a great help and also a quick respond to solve the problem.
I would really appreciate if there was a free toll call from Kuwait and world wide as well.
