During the recent Eid Holidays, I had made my hotel & tour booking for Istanbul through Amey Vaishnav from Holiday Me. The places suggested by him for this tour along with the hotel booking was very good. I was very impressed and happy with the services extended to us during our trip. Most of my holiday trips are done by Amey who is very efficient and always provides the best deal. I would recommend to go through Holiday Me for arranging holiday trips

we planned a holiday to Serbia, Belgrade and Novi sad through Holidayme and it was fabulous experience. The travel agent was very professional and everything was as shown in their website.

Except for the airlines Aeroflot!! which wasnt their fault everything else was exceptional.

I was disappointed with their service.Last week i went for a holiday to Maldives, their package was offering many value additions like one time meals at restaurant,30 min Spa massage at resort, in villa breakfast,departure gifts ,1hr photoshoot, all inclusive beverages etc.But after I checked in the resort they said as per the voucher provided by the Holidayme does not include it, even I show them the Holidayme booking voucher which mentioned all these things. Resort management asked me to contact the Holidayme for these. Holidayme replied me after a day, and said everything has been sorted out and re-sending voucher to them.I showed the message to the resort and they replied me that they have already told Holidayme that these are not included.I was humiliated and depressed with cheating from Holidayme. Thus my holiday been wasted. Nobody ever contacted me after repeated complaints to them.

Recently I had been to Malaysia with HOLIDAY-ME and the tour was amazing. Thanks to our tour assistant Ms.Valantina.
Flight, transfers, hotel, day tours were well organised. It was a short but sweet tour and value for money.

They have some hidden charges apart from what's mentioned in the package. you will come to know only when u reach the travel destination.

My experience of real customer service was very very good with Ms. Gauri Gund, she was extremely professional and committed to her job. I really appreciate her effort.

Great handling of booking matters and after sales services. A lady named Gauri was extremely helpful and proactive in solving some issues I had.

I had some personal cirumstances that had me cancel the reservation in a time that the cancelling time was over. Then, a employee called Mohammed had helped me and done his best to cancel the reservation for free in the busy times of the Eid. If this act proves anything, its the great servise of the hotail 'holidayme'.

I have booked in Hotel for 6 adults and 2 kids but I found we need to added 2 adults more . then I called holidayme and mr, Sikandarkhan Inamdar help me to re-arrange my booking and Iam thanks for him for advise and cooperative so much

This what they say usually about "first impression: I had a late request and honestly without hope but really I recieved the best service from Mr. Sikandarkhan who really helped me out and took over the request as it is his and resolved it for me.

Worst experience with travel agency. I booked hotel through them, got confirmation, booking reference, etc, and after few days they called me saying that hotel is refusing the booking. After several days they said that hotel is not accepting the rates and booking cannot be done, therefore they are giving me refund. They made me lose my booking and lose time of early booking and now I cannot find any other reasonable deals with other hotels. Last time dealing with you, HolidayME!!!!

This is our first time with Holidayme & we are yet to leave for the package but we already expect it to be a good one - because of the experience we have had since booking it.
Right after booking it online Shubham called & brought out a very important point about the visit visa. We had options to quickly cross that hurdle but faced another problem, wherein we really thought that things were off to a bad start.
But no, Ashish escalated it to Swati who took major efforts & pains to go out of the way in resolving the issue. She went that extra mile & proved that we have stepped on with the right foot forward. Kudos to the team & thanks. Whenever there’s a next time, we will call & book the holiday through you.

I've been using Holidayme for quite some time now and I have to give real credit to the price & service they provide!!!
A good experience today was; I made a booking but which didn't go through even after putting all credit card details (I think the price of the hotel might have increased or the room type not available anymore), however Ms Aarthi (many thanks to her) assisted me and managed to confirm my booking with the same price I first booked with!
Honestly, I couldn't find this price in any other website!!
I advice anyone to always compare the prices of Holidayme with all other websites, the only thing is they don't have nice pictures but who cares, just go check the pics from the internet and then book with them. ;)

I would strongly recommend Holidayme for holiday tours and packages. I had problems with my booking and some change of plans but they saw to it that my needs are met. Neha especially has been very thorough and consistent in the process. I would definitely book my travels with Holidayme again.
