fuyez ne commandez rien, je ne comprend pas comment TRUSPILOT ne boycotte pas ce site...

J'ai choisi un drone de débutant n'ayant aucune expérience en la matière. Le matériel en lui même semble intéressant mais quelques problèmes se posent sur mes essais. J'ai contacté cette entreprise par mail, 2 pour être exact mais aucune réponse de leur part, ce qui est quand même anormal. Sur mes derniers essais, il s'avère que le drone ne revient pas la batterie vide .... Il se pose là où il est. Mes tests continuent mais je n'ai aucun soutien ou support pour se faire. Dommage pour eux car je compte bien investir dans un modèle plus important quand je me serais entraîné sur celui ci. Bizarrement on ne voit que les quelques avis positifs sur le site .... A réfléchir !!!

If I could I would give zero Stars. I thought it's a french company but the drone comes straight from china. They told it will arrive between 7-10 working days. I try to reach them to cancel the order but NO reply.
DON'T BY AT THIS SHOP IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

I really thought to order outside of Amazon but I can only recommend ordering there. At least you will know that the order arrives and you would get a customer support if needed.

Bought a drone £99.99 took it flying, and it doesn’t return home this is dangerous I’ve emailed them six times now without any reply after reading the other reviews on here I wish I had read them first before buying doesn’t look like I’ll be getting a refund

Comment ce fait il que ces escrocs agissent encore? Leur site devrait être fermé. Au lieu de ça, des personnes continuent à se faire avoir. Partager au maximum vos avis sur tous les réseaux

Bought a drone without looking at the reviews for the website. Wish I had as when it eventually turned up it was the biggest piece of rubbish I've seen for a while. Tried to contact them no reply, it looks like I'm another victim of the scam STAY WELL CLEAR.

Well. Wish I’d looked at the reviews on here first. Looks like I’m another of the Scammed masses.
Ordered a drone 3+ weeks ago, gave them time as I know they are based in France, but no sign yet. Tried several times to make contact, NO responses whatsoever.
I’m going to claim back from the bank…
I’d advise people against dealing with this company.
Impressive website, but that’s as far as it goes.

j'ai commandé un drone chez HI Tech Zone. Immédiatement après la commande je me suis rendu compte que l'adresse était fausse (un mélange de l'adresse de facturation et de l'adresse de livraison). J'ai immédiatement contacté Mme Janot et lui ai transmis l'adresse correcte. Le paquet (venant de Chine) n'a pas pu être délivré pour cause d'adresse inexistante. Le paquet est retourné en Chine. Impossible d'obtenir un contact avec Mme Janot depuis.

Bought a drone from Hi- Tech zone which says it’s Uk based yet the product come from via china, I received my drone this week unpacked it and put the battery’s on charge, while doing this I read the instructions which I found to be very difficult to read as it was tiny font setting, it also has Chinese fonts which is large font.
I sent an email to asking about larger type settings, so far no reply yet the website states 100% professional service. It’s far from it.

Very very very poor coms, drone arrived missing the extra battery, kept asking for some assistance but forget it, tried asking for a refund so I can return the item unused, STILL NO REPLIES

Won't buy from again.

Aucun service après vente, un scandal.
J'ai acheté un pack drone + 2 batteries; l'une d'elle ne fonctionne pas et le joystick de la télécommande est cassé.
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails, car aucun autre moyen de contact.
Sans réponse.
80€ envolé car article inutilisable.
Mon fils est déçu.
Plus jamais hi-teckzone.
J'ai racheté un drone de marque PNJ et il n'y a pas match au même tarif quelques moi plus tard.

Entreprise très mauvaise pas de sav et ne réponds pas aux messages.

This drone I ordered is taking a week to come, probably because they are making sure it does not work properly! I cannot believe I wanted this drone. Reviews on this site make me regret buying it!

Toujours en attente de livraison.
Délai annoncé 5 a 7 jours... on est deja a 20, et pas de nouvelles.
Le service client ne répond pas aux messages.
Je parierai que ce site est encore un site a éviter...

Drone 4k pas d’autres mots de la mer..de et une publicité mensongère vidéo en 360p grand max et la photo ben pareil
SAV ne réponde même pas à fuir 99€ jeté par la fenêtre une honte
