Quick and easy experience. The team reserved a unit the same day, collected at a suitable time for me, and helped with the collection. Arrived on time and moved everything very promptly. This is my second time using Henfield. Thanks to Iqbal.

Can not express how fantastic the guys in Brighton team were during our move. They made everything feel so easy and smooth sailing on what should have been a stressful day. Very good price on our large unit, clean tidy and easily accessible

Exceptionally fast and attentive service from Henfields in Brighton. Tim was fantastic in finding the right service for me and at ensuring the transition went smoothly. Highly recommend this service, it's the best storage company I have ever used.

Brilliant service. Tim is the man. Called ahead to confirm time. Arrived when agreed. Very efficient moving and packing process. Drove with him, very spacious and safe driver. Good conversation too.
Storage unit was very clean and easily accessible. He packed the whole thing once everything was off the truck. Easy payment process.
Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Thanks guys!

Very helpful customer service on the…
Very helpful customer service on the phone and in person. Not having used a storage company before it was great to have someone explain exactly how it works - self-storage v. long term storage options with clear and reasonable quotes so we could choose our best option. Advised on size of unit as well and had other units available if we'd needed to upgrade. The facility is easy to find and access by car or train. Very good value local business.

I recently had an excellent experience with the customer service team. They were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient, and resolved my issue quickly. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance.
