Decided to book collection and storage at JamStorage as they were offering the best prices I could find around London. The communication with the admin team (Rute and Jake) was brilliant, answering questions quickly and very clearly. Harvey and Owen just came to collect my belongings. They were very professional, polite and handled everything with care! I absolutely recommend JamStorage! 😁

Great service, I had two Men who were named Owen and Harvey who helped with moving the stuff to the van. There was good communication, told me when they will arrive which was accurate. All stuff was loaded and ready to go in under 30 minutes. Very respectful and they accommodated my needs very well.

Harvey and Owen were punctual, efficient and accommodating. They had to move their van halfway through the job as a skip needed to be picked up. They moved their vehicle without any fuss and got on with moving things to the front garden while the skip loaded.

I can’t thank Jake Arrowsmith-Watt’s and the moving team Grand and Kenny enough for helping us move our belongings into storage so last minute. They did everything possible to fit us in, and then when moving team arrived they were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wanted to help, but they insisted they had everything under control despite it being a very hot day during an heatwave. Everyone I encountered was genuinely supportive, communicated well and acted completely professionally. They were all a joy to work with and they made a very stressful time bearable ahead of a massive home renovation. I’ll be using them again if I need any storage solutions at any point in the future!

Owen and Covel did an excellent job on what turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. Despite the heat, they packed the entire flat into the lorry with care and efficiency. Three hours of solid, unrelenting work and everything made it in. Really grateful for the effort they put in.

Jake has been a brilliant contact throughout and has helped me through the very easy process of quoting and booking through Jam.

I live on the second floor with no elevator and I last minute booked a collection with Jake for two pianos and several boxes. He was very accommodating and accepted the job which I am grateful for.

Furthermore even though it was extremely hot and this was a tough job two young gentleman (Ed and Sam) came after a very demanding day and efficiently completed the pick up with no complaints and pure professionalism.

I am sincerely grateful for this and highly recommend the top tier service from Jam storage.

I've used JamStorage for various storage/collection/delivery needs for the past 18 months, and have always found the service to be great. The customer service team has always accommodated my requests, often at very short notice, and the delivery guys handling all my possessions have been friendly and uncomplaining throughout.

For the most recent delivery of my items from storage, the delivery guys - Harvey, Ed and Covel - were brilliant. They had to lug a solid wardrobe up to a tiny flat, only to discover it wouldn't make it around the final narrow stairwell - and so had to be carried back down again. The many boxes alongside this were also packed with books and so pretty heavy. All was handled with much patience and calm - thank you again!

Great and simple registration process! On the day we were very well attended to by the on site staff, namely Martin and Rob, who made sure that all our queries were answered with professionalism and friendly. Great job!

Jams are great because you don't have to worry about getting your stuff to the storage facility, they pick it up for you. We stored with them for three years and the team was always helpful and professional. They even sorted out a removal service for us! Would highly recommend.

The most hassle-free move I've ever had. Everything stored came back in perfect condition, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and honestly the most flawless removal and delivery service I've ever experienced. Will be using them for every future move.

The delivery of my items went smoothly and without any incidents. Kane and Louise were very friendly and helful, they represent a great asset to Jam Storage, to anyone I had contact with, I kind only thank you for your excellent customer service, something that nowadays is so very difficult to find. Brilliant service. Collection and drop off were super easy, well organised and efficient. I had my items in storage for around 2years and they were returned in same condition as originally stored. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Wonderful service, the guys that came were really helpful and efficient. We needed storage for a couple of months as our flat was completely refurbished.
Pick up and drop off was so easy compared to doing it all yourself.
