First Class Service
First of all, a big thank you for Tim aka the Hercules in Henfield Storage Brighton. He was on time and very helpful for assisting my furniture move very efficiently. And drove me back to the storage warehouse and again help me load all my furniture to a secure unit. All done safely and efficiently without any problems. I hope he will be a Manager soon, we all need his can-do attitude to the customers and explain everything in a simple way and does make life easy. Without doubt, I highly recommend using Henfield Storage Brighton. Five Stars from me. Thank you so so much Tim.

I love Henfield!
This is my third time using Henfield Storage and I love them! Always on time, if not early, and incredibly helpful. They help me load and unload the crate and Perrie, who’s assisted me 2/3 times, is such a gentleman and incredible to work with!

Refund hasn’t been received, unreliable company
Everything was fine till they didn’t process refund after I vacated a unit. I gave them 2 weeks notice but still no refund after 1 month.

Update: It has been nearly three weeks since I replied to this review. Despite asking this person to contact us urgently we have heard nothing. We've looked extensively on our system to try and figure out who it might be, checking every single Heidi who has ever stored with us. To the best of our knowledge there is nobody with that name who has vacated a unit recently. We can only presume therefore that this review is not from a genuine customer. Regards, Ben

Very friendly staff willing to help always.
Once again, we received a fantastic service, very friendly staff, from the man who helped us book the delivery after our 3 months booking was near to the end, but once again, amazing help from Frankie. She helped us with both the collection and delivery and was so friendly and helpful all the time. If there was any reason we would come back to Henfield Storage it would be because of Frankie. We thoroughly recommend Henfield Storage for your storage needs.

Great service
Really impressed with the service I received at Henfield Storage. After requesting a quote, I received a phone call from Tim at the Brighton Hollingbury unit, and he was incredibly helpful. I was under quite a tight time frame to move my belongings out of my previous storage unit, but he managed to fit me in and made the whole process much less stressful.

The collection service is a life saver
I recently used Henfield Storage in Brighton and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free, which made a big difference during what can often be a hectic time.
A special mention must go to Tim, who assisted with the collection. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to ensure everything was handled carefully and kept me informed at every step, which really put my mind at ease.

Matty was amazingly helpful
Matty was amazingly helpful, calm and as efficient as well oiled machine. He got our 2 bed house moved into our 75 sqft unit within 2 hours!
Also a shout out for Tim for being very helpful.

I got moved into my unit by Tim
I got moved into my unit by Tim.
He came and met me at my house and loaded all my things into the van for me and met me back at the unit to load in there too!
Would highly recommend anyone thinking of storage units to go with these guys!
