Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. After reading that they offer a risk free 60 day guarantee, and that the installation does not require plumbing, we tried to return it, unused (after we read the installation details and LOTA of other negative reviews.) They refused the return and just keep replying with the same, sappy responses, none of which address the issues or false promises that they make. All of their products are always "on sale" so they get around the guaranteed returns by saying that they don't take back "sale or bundled" items. This is not clearly stated, as they claim, even when you try to find their return policies. I can't stand companies who lie and who don't treat customers well. To use their endless puns, they're full of S#*@

So sorry you had such a crappy go with us, Meg! We certainly do not intend to mislead anyone, and we try to be as explicit as possible on our website, but you've definitely given us some food for thought. The few "product bundles" we offer, like the TUSHY System you purchased, are not eligible for returns as they are at a deep discount, and are for people wanting to buy all of the TUSHY products with this understanding. This is spelled out right in the product details that all sales are final on the TUSHY System. That being said we'll be sure to share this with our team in hopes of making it easier for future customers! Thanks for opining!
A great bidet - but not without an issue.
We love our new bidet! This has been a great addition to the house and I'm happy to recommend this to friends and family. The tushy/poo jokes are a little over-the-top (we get it, we're buying a product to wash poop off our butts), but the product is good. It was easy to install, the instructions were clear. My only real feedback is about the regular version vs the spa version. I wouldn't recommend the spa version to anyone, as there's only very small chance of any warm water reaching your bumbum. Unless you have instant hot water that goes directly to your toilet, or some magical creature under the sink - I have no idea how to warm the water up. I could let the sink run for a while before I use the toilet, or I could wait till after a hot shower, or just let cold water hit my ass for 5 minutes...otherwise I'm drawing a blank. Otherwise? Happy!

There is a TUSHY trick for the problem you are describing regarding a lag in time for the hot water to reach your bum. TUSHY has a setting called "nozzle wash" which simply washes the outside of the nozzle with water. That water then flows into the bowl. You can also use this setting to flush out the cool water in the water line in preparation for the bum washing.
Simply activate the nozzle wash setting by turning the knob a little bit until you hear water running straight down into the toilet while you're doing the deed. The cool water will stream out of the pipes in order to access that warm water for the bum washing. Then you can just turn the knob further to activate bum wash when you're ready! 😊

Best COVID 2020 purchase - fan for life
I’ve always wanted a bidet or one of the fancy toilets that warm the seat, night light etc. Alas, no power receptacle in my bathroom! Finally, I found hellotushy during the toilet paper scarcity of 2020 and i’m a fan forever. My husband that no trouble installing and it is now my preferred toilet in our home. If I’m out and need to go, I try to wait to get home to do my business. I also gave as a Christmas gift.

I was ask if I would update my review. The order was received Christmas eve. I still stand that the order had plenty of time to be delivered in a more timely fashion. Everyone in my family has this product ande we do all love it. Ok order 2 for Christmas gift order placed in plenty of time to receive by Christmas well as you see day before Christmas eve and I am writing this. The order is not even on transit. I did reach out but the company did not contact me in form. So I would say beware I am going to assume I will receive this order but looks like it will be for next christmas! There are other companies offering this product and I would defiantly buy from them. Please hear me Buy From Another Company!

Inadequate customer service
I had such a frustrating experience with their customer service, to a point that I was sure the company is a fraud. They set it right in the end, but remains the fact that I wasted so much time, having to write multiple emails about a simple issue with my order, and getting ridiculously inadequate answers.
