Tushy has a beautiful and eco-friendly product
Tushy has a great product - from aesthetically pleasing (each roll of paper is wrapped) to an environmentally friendly product (made of bamboo). We use the toilet paper and bidets in our personal house and supply our airbnbs with tushy paper.

I bought a Tushy during the pandemic and fell in love with a bidet. I was a promoter of the company, telling everyone who cared to hear it about how amazing their bidet was.
Fast-forward to today. I moved and decided to upgrade my bidet. I bought a Tushy Wave bidet seat. It never worked from the get-go, spraying water everywhere. I contacted support, and they sent me a new base plate attachment that was modified to correct this issue. I'm not sure why they were shipping the product with a defective part. I swapped out the base plate, and the problem persists.
Now, they want to charge me a restocking fee for their defective product. This does not make sense. Go to Amazon, and you'll find a similar bidet for half the price. This company is a joke.

They continued to lie to me
They continued to lie to me, said it would be here before Christmas, then said it was shipped the 27th. I requested a complete refund when I clicked the tracking number and the USPS has not even received the item. The continued to lie to me about it. Still waiting on a refund of my product update the called me and bagged to delete this review. Comepletly pathetic company, I would never buy from this company ever, anyone that needs details email me at Joshua.j.thompson22 at gmail, I’ll show you pictures of what they said and how they lied. Please never give this company your money I have overwhelming proof of them lying to me 3 times in about a 10 minute span. 100% garbage company.

You indeed decided to only refund me after I posted this review. Also you say it already shipped but It didn’t, you just sent it out today to make it look like it had already been sent out which it wasn’t at any time during our convos. It’s clear you only care about the review, I’m 100% confident if I didn’t post this nothing would have happened. So now the lie total is at 4 saying it was already shipped prior to you rush shipping it today as in December 30th. Thanks

Sorry we couldn't deliver your TUSHY Oasis ahead of the holiday, Josh! And worse that you had to spend time during what should be relaxing days to get to the bottom of it. Happy to see that your refund has been issued, and you'll likely still receive the bidet that did indeed ship, but took longer due to holiday chaos for tracking to reveal itself. In any case you shouldn't have to be a logistics wiz to enjoy booty bliss, so apologies again for failing you! 😥

I have bought SO many tushys over the years, and I love each one I get even more.
I get them for friends; I get them for family....they think it's a gift for them, but really it's so I can have a stellar toilet time wherever I might land.
The company is so fun. Any time I've had order or set-up issues, they have been so responsive and helpful. The whole brand just has so much fun.

Continued innovation and great service
I stuck with my 2.0 Tushy bidet for years before finally taking the plunge for an upgrade to the Tushy ACE. The Tushy 2.0 still works great and will go to our guest bathroom. The Ace is a very welcome upgrade to our primary bathroom. Heated seat, great water flow, easy to install and use. I admire the continued innovation with this product line, and customer service has been nothing short of amazing whenever I've needed some guidance to pick the right product. Their Instagram account is a joy too. :)

The adjustment mechanism for fore and…
The adjustment mechanism for fore and aft does not work very well. Basically, it sprays too far forward and cannot be adjusted in the rearward direction far enought. It needs a slightly greater range of motion. I had to take the whole thing apart and do some re-engineering to make the spray nozzle more accurate.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Garry! And love to see that you've got multiple TUSHYs at home! You can try scooching the Classic foreward or backwards on the bowl by loosening the attachment bolts until it squirts you more on the bullseye, but sounds like you might have already done this.
You're right that the range of motion on the nozzle adjuster isn't as ample as on our higher end bidet, TUSHY Ace, that offers a full range of motion via remote. However if you lean forward while sitting you'll find that it will better wash all your parts by simply moving your body backwards and forwards. Similar to a showerhead that swivels some, you also need to rely a little on your own body movements to get a full wash, and that's also the case with these basic bidet models. Our newest bidet seats, Wave and Oasis also have separate nozzles for front and rear wash, in case you wanted to trade up!

Easy to install, fun to use. Love having a clean ass. I got the basic model after having once owned the kind that uses warm/hot water. I don’t miss the heat at all.
