Installed It Myself! A 75 Year Old Woman
I am a 75 year old woman. If I can install a Tushy, anyone can. The videos helped the most, although I easily installed the second one with the written directions only. The only snag was not getting the connections tight enough, because the directions warned not to overtighten. I solved the problem by making sure to align the connections precisely parallel to each other during the tightening and making sure the connection was tight! I was rewarded with a bidet that has worked really well. It does all a bidet is hyped to do!

Tushy refuses refund for unopened product
I returned unopened product weeks ago. When I did not receive refund I filed PayPal dispute. Now Tushy claims it can’t give me my refund because I filed dispute.

The control valve seized and could not…
The control valve seized and could not be turned. I have very high mineralization in the water which may explain the problem but I have had no trouble with the similar slightly up scale bidet replacement.

$28 to return a product I never used!
Really upset. I purchased a Tushy and then found something that was essentially the same product only 1/3 of the price. I immediately contacted Tushy (within 5 minutes of placing the order) to cancel. They responded the next day saying the order had already been "processed" so they couldn't cancel. Order arrived and I filled out the "easy automated return" process. Automated because they charge $14 dollars for "restocking"and ANOTHER $14 to print the label to return it. OR you can spend even MORE money to drive somewhere and drop it off. Amazon doesn't even behave like this. What total utter garbage.

We love our Tushy
We have the Tushy classic and it’s great. It was easy to install and looks as sleek as a bidet can. I opted for the brass knob and it’s real metal not just painted plastic. We switched from a hot/cold model from another brand and love that the tushy doesn’t have the medical look our old one had. We’ve used it daily for 3 years without issue. Highly recommend!

My sister got me their classic bidet attachment for my birthday and i honestly thought about returning it. Thinking the installation would be tough and unsure of if i would even like it - i contacted their support desk and was delighted by how friendly they were in helping me get over some doubts and giving me proper guidance on installing it. Installation was simple for someone that has a few tools. Now for the good part, this product has changed my life and i do not stop talkin about it to my family and friends.

I would give this a zero!
I would give this a zero!! Install was not as easy as video shows. I had to change the water connection to my toilet tank...long story short EVERYTHING ended up leaking even tho directions were followed exactly.
Now trying to return the product, absolutely terrible/no customer service. I filled out the online return form after hounding every email and online chat I could find for their company. however nothing....no return label, directions for shipping back nothing. What a scam save your money!!!

Still waiting to hear from them about…returning the item!
Still waiting to hear from them about how to return the product! Emailed 3 times, tried chatting, but noone is there then called as they suggested, to leave a voicemail. Doesn't give you an option to leave a message!! Product was ordered ahead of the holidays to ensure we received it in time - return window is only 3 weeks so no way to be able to return if unsatisfied. Next step is to contact my credit card company then the Better Business Bureau - buyer beware!!

Not Great
My husband and I ordered an Ace round seated bidet on November 27th. We were so excited to have a bidet upgrade in time for hosting our first Christmas with family!
We received the bidet but realized it was the wrong size during installation. My husband reached out to customer support on December 4, and we didn’t hear a response from a human until Dec 6. They requested a photo, which we promptly sent the same day. No response until Dec 9 when we were asked to send measurements of the seat we received. We promptly sent measurements back on Dec 9. We did not receive a response until Dec 12, requesting a confirmation of our shipping address so they could email us a return label.
These were all fair requests, but it felt frustrating receiving them in separate emails with long wait times between responses. And with Christmas quickly approaching, we became nervous we wouldn’t receive the seat in time. The Dec 12 email also stated the correct seat would not be sent to us until Tushy received confirmation that we shipped the oval seat back to them (which, like, was on our toilet during installation? I don’t know, resell of that feels gross). When we hadn’t received a shipping label on Dec 13th, we sent a follow-up email stating our time crunch. We didn’t receive the USPS label until Dec 15th, a Friday. We shipped the package the following Tuesday, Dec 19th and followed up with an email requesting a refund if the shipment couldn’t be delivered by Christmas. No response until December 21st. The email did not address our request for a refund but confirmed shipment of the order with a delivery date after Christmas.
The last email requested a review, but it seemed attached to the specific sales representative. I didn’t want to rate them one star, because it seems like they’re doing the best they can in a broken system. After reading many reviews of customers with similar experiences, it’s clear Tushy does not invest in customer service. I’ll be investing in a bidet company that does.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered a product that is taking over a month to arrive to me, only problem is their return policy is within 30 days of purchase, not of delivery. Noticing that it hadn’t been shipped after several weeks I attempted to cancel the order but they’re refusing. They STILL haven’t shipped my order. Extremely unethical business practices.

The products take forever to be…
The products take forever to be delivered. I would just order another product off Amazon. It has already been 2 1/2 weeks for accessories and no updates and no support from Tushy.

Scam Company
I haven’t even received my product and the customer service is terrible. Confined my order and payment on the website and it showed I still needed to confirm my payment- didn’t notice because it was to get you to purchase a second one. I immediately caught the mistake and within moments emailed and used the website chat to ask for the second order to be canceled. They have refused. Repeatedly stating the order had already been processed. I’m out over a hindered $$ for a second product I neither want or need. They state I now have to wait for it to be delivered then return it…. When it hasn’t even shipped yet. Absolutely the worst. No stars.

Never received a return label
I decided to return my order since I changed my mind. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't generate a return label because my order was flagged as fraud? I contacted several times afterwards and they kept telling me my return was still being reviewed. It's been months now and I still haven't received an update.
Super slow Customer Service response
No Customer Service response. I bought the Ace. All the plumbing installation went smoothly except actually attaching it to the toilet. Their replacement bolts don't quite go in. It's been a WEEK, and only an automated "we're experiencing high email volumes" response. I had to cut mu toilet seat bolts to get it off (I thought they'd get back to me so just went ahead with the install). Now im sitting on a seat-less toilet waiting...
EDIT They finally got back to me. They sent me to the hardware store for new bolts and offered to pay. Got it installed and it works great.

Beware of his company
we ordered one bidet.
When we agreed to the credit card purchase, the original amount showed up as a double purchase.
Additionally, the price did not reflect all of my 40% Labor Day discount
We never wanted the additional bidet.
As soon as I saw the charge (less than 5 minutes) i tried to cancel the order and was told they get 'too many orders' to cancel mine.
When I tried to return the second unit i learned there was a 'restocking' fee and I had to take my refund in company credit.
I don't want to buy anything else from this company much less have them owe me money.
I am not judging the product, just a scam company.
