I’m absolutely delighted with both the headset and the overall customer experience. The product exceeded my expectations, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer care.

I am so disappointed, yet glad I never made an order. Hedon’s archive page website has one price to tempt you in but then another when you try and order. Queried it with them and either the responses are from a bot or someone overdosing on ChatGPT. Round and round. I gave up. They said “we hope to have the opportunity to resolve this for you” and a week later I’ve not heard a thing. I should have gone to Motolegends and that is what I’ll do. Glad I never paid Hedon any money if they have service this poor.

22 July 2026 update: It has taken 19 days for Hedon to reply to my review. In his response Aaron lists an email address, yet that is invalid. I have replaced 'domain' with Hedon and will see what I get. The incorrect/erroneous pricing remains on the Hedon website to this day. I had a dozen or more emails with them at the time so either they have a huge volume of complaints or the hopeless customer service continues. These helmets are expensive and, dealing with a homegrown British company, I hate to be reporting such dire service.

Beautiful products let down by atrocious AI / overseas support.

My gloves suffered from a manufacturing defect, and whilst Hendon agreed to replace them, it has taken 2 months from first reporting the fault and still no resolution. The response from their support is almost bot like and rarely does it feel like they are understanding any context.

It’s sad when such a premium brand suffers with such basic customer service which inventively will lose them customers.

mastermindコラボのヘルメット購入させてもらいましたが　気分があがり最高の仕上がりでした。数も限定のためヘルメットだけで自分だというトレードマークにもなるし注文してよかったです。海外製のためサイズ感もわからずいつものサイズで考えてたけどテストヘルメットのおかげでちょうどいいサイズでした。日本製の普段のヘルメットより2サイズ大きめくらいで丁度よかったです。

I can only applaud this company’s commitment to taking things slowly.
What should have been a simple task—sending two small missing parts for a motorcycle helmet—somehow took over 60 days. During that time I was repeatedly told the parts were on their way, yet week after week nothing arrived.
What’s particularly disappointing is that the helmet was advertised and sold on the company’s website as including these parts, yet it arrived without them. This raises serious questions about quality control and whether products are being properly checked before dispatch. It is difficult to understand how such an obvious issue was missed.
It’s genuinely impressive that in an age where packages can be shipped across the world in a matter of days, sending two tiny helmet components required two full months and countless promises.
The parts may eventually arrive, but the customer service experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Poor communication, missed expectations, inadequate quality control, and an unreasonable delay for such a simple issue made what should have been a straightforward fix far more frustrating than it needed to be.
If you’re in no rush and enjoy practising patience, this company will certainly help you develop that skill.

My Arai AD4 has been with me across the US, Canada, the UK, Morocco, and Australia. Retiring it was not a decision I took lightly. I looked seriously at Klim, Schuberth, and Shoei, and while all are solid, none topped the Arai. Then Hedon started previewing the Psilo Explorer Commander in carbon fiber and that really got my attention. I already own a few Hedon Heroine Racers and consider them my all-time favorite full-face helmets, so placing the order the moment it was available was easy. What I did not expect was for it to arrive a full month ahead of schedule. The team was proactive pre-launch and the early delivery was an awesome surprise! The carbon fiber finish is A+. Photos simply do not capture it and the craftsmanship is unmistakably Hedon. If you have worn a Hedon before, sizing is exactly what you would expect. Mine seated perfectly from day one, zero break-in needed. The weight genuinely surprised me too. This is one of the lightest full-face helmets I have ever worn, airflow is excellent and keeps things cool without adding wind noise. The Psilo Explorer Commander earns every dollar and is easily one of the best lids I have ever owned.

Customer service were great. I really appreciated their communication when things are out of stock.

Love the old school feel & keep buying more.

I recently purchased an open face helmet from Hedon at The Bike Shed Show London, and would like to report that the whole process was excellent. The 2 gentleman that looked after me were extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Since then I purchased a full face visor on line and again fantastic service (ordered Monday, arrived Thursday).
Thank you all at Hedon.

They are very quick and helpful when emailig with queries or updates. So helpful when placing orders.

Great helmet and great service.
I ordered the Heroine Racer 2.0 helmet, but unfortunately the delivery was slightly delayed because the specific model was only being manufactured later. However, this was communicated and I received updates on the delivery status. Customer service is quick and helpful in finding the best solution.
