Really poor quality
Really poor quality. Doesn't fit together well. After several emails was told the manufacturer said this was normal!!! And wasn't a quality issue. Beg to differ. I wouldn't bother purchasing from them if I were you.
After posting on trustpilot had email from company offering full refund.

Received the storage boxes today but…
Received the storage boxes today but weren't the sizes according to their website and are to big for the space we purchased them for. I have no use for them as they are too big for the space and need to return. The website says that they are 28cm wide and 32cm tall. That was incorrect and in fact are 32cm wide and 28cm tall. I need to return them and it's fully down to their error on sizing and not mine.
I sent an email to try and arrange a return/refund to get a response saying that I had built them incorrectly and their sizing wasn't incorrectly advertised.
Struggling now with getting anywhere regarding returning for refund.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Ordered some shoes from boohoo which were too small. Trying to get returns label from H&O direct and its almost impossible. Going back and forth via messenger. Why is it so hard to get my money back. I will never trust boohoo or debenhams again. This is a joke. Do not order from these suppliers it's not worth the headache.

Purchased an outdoor screen from H&O Direct. Received in 4 days. The tracking number they provide isn’t very useful, must be an internal tracking number. But you will get your goods and from my experience very quickly. I’ll definitely use these guys again

What a waste of money it was so hard to put together it’s not for DIY
THE screws and small nuts plus bolts were not fit for purpose

Very disappointing….
I ordered the wrong size fireplace and was sent tracking. Before the order was dispatched I emailed to cancel. I was advised there would be a charge around £37 for recall/ cancellation.
I called the logistics company who advised the order hadn’t been dispatched.
Poor communication- no telephone number and charging cancellation charges even without sending the product is not acceptable.

After reviewing the order, we can confirm that the incorrect fireplace size was selected at the time of purchase. The order had already been processed and dispatched, and after 24 hours we are unfortunately unable to stop or recall the shipment free of charge.
The cancellation/recall fee quoted was the charge applied by the logistics provider for intercepting a dispatched parcel, rather than a fee for cancelling before processing.
We understand your frustration and apologise if the communication was not as clear as it should have been. Your feedback is appreciated and will help us improve our customer service experience going forward.

I purchased 2 oil filled heaters
I purchased 2 oil filled heaters , one of the heaters stopped working (timer programmer scrambled screen)after 2 months I have tried to contact H and O direct but they have not responded to me.
Klarna say it's out of their timeframe for a refund, I will have to try and ombudsman.
