Absolutely beautiful lights. Saw them on other website first then searched and found Haodirect. Delivery was free with discount on item for being first time customer and the parcel arrived quickly. The light was packaged very well and looks so nice I ordered a second one. Not sure who the courier was but he delivered them both to my neighbour because I wasn’t home. Fantastic service.

The information sent after ordering was brief and not obvious how to track the delivery. I contacted customer services after a few days and was given the tracking information and told that my package had not been collected from the warehouse by the carrier, which would be contacted to collect and deliver asap. The package arrived very quickly afterwards. I suspect that the carrier already had the pckage but that there was just some confusion in the system.
The item was well packaged and delivered to my door without any issues.
The item, a garden gate was cheap and construction was, lets say, economical with the wood, but having said that, was well constructed with glue and screws and with attention to appearance with small knots teated. Three hinges were included together with gate bolt and all screws. Paper information as well. Quite impressive for such a cheap item. I am going to give 2 coats of wood preservative and paint. It might look quite good

Easy to order, updated all the way from order to delivery. Delivery driver put package right into the hall for me. Chair was easy to build, even by 1 person and well worth the money. Very sturdy. Would recommend.

I bought an oil filled heater
I bought an oil filled heater, but it is too heavy to fit onto the stud wall. I’d like to return it but no response from customer service or even an acknowledgment of my email. Their returns policy says 30 days from delivery but how’s that any use if they don’t respond to your email or state a return address. They also encourage you to purchase further items even before you have organised a return or been refunded. Not a good company. Avoid.
They have now been in touch to allow me to return the item, but possibly that is due to this review. For this reason I will increase my review from 1 star to 2.

Ordered trench coat
I ordered four trench coats from this company based on their stated returns policy, as I planned to keep one but needed to see them in person before deciding which one I preferred.
Unfortunately, returning the items has been extremely difficult. There is no phone number or return address provided on their website. The only way to contact them is via email or Facebook Messenger. I received no response to my initial email and only got a reply after repeatedly following up through Facebook Messenger over a 24-hour period.
They eventually sent me an email offering three return options to choose from. I replied promptly, but I still have not received any further response or clear instructions on where to return the goods in order to receive my refund.
The company is selling through the Debenhams website, which is why I felt confident ordering from them in the first place. However, my experience has been very disappointing and concerning.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this seller. I have raised this issue with paypal

Bought a BBQ and it is absolutely amazing it is strong sturdy and well made,I usually use gas ones but the gas bottles are just so expensive now so bought this charcoal one, I bought it from the company directly and it is so much heavier than I even imagined,I can't wait to use it when the weather decides to give us some sunshine and heat,the delivery was amazing and came really quick, definitely recommend

TERRIBLE RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The side table I received was flimsy and ultimately not the right fit for my space, so naturally I looked to return it. I ended up emailing the team back and forth negotiating my return over a couple of weeks during which I’m offered partial refunds, substitutes and am even mis-named. When finally they conceded to me making the return I’m given a laborious returns process which is at my expense. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the experience only to be quoted policy which itself was difficult to find online and not customer-centric at all.

Look good but poor timer control settings…
Bought 4wall mounted oil filled radiators which look really good quality but the timer setting for each day have no facility for off periods and even when you don’t require heating you have to have some heating although it is possible at a lower temperature setting This obviously incurs additional costs. They suggested that I turn the heaters to the frost stat setting whenever I went out.The problem with
this being that I would return to a cold flat all the time.I was offered a £30.00 refund and had I not had them already fitted by an electrician I would have returned them

Everything went well with order and confirmation then nothing. We weren’t informed at any point that the order had been dispatched or was on its way nothing. Even started to think it may be a scam/ dodgy site. Until a delivery was made 12 days after ordering on a day no one was home to accept and driver was going to leave large parcel propped up against windowsill at front of house on a busy road. Had I not spotted him on my ring doorbell (which driver didn’t even bother to ring) and asked to be put at the rear of the house, I ask could this purchase have easily been pinched. Very disappointed.
