After us taking a LOT longer than the turn around time and with the mail deliveries been delayed. Promptly got an email saying it would be ready for January. We Missed delivery today so we need to collect. Communication 10/10

Ordered 2 of the cremation ashes necklace for my mother in law & sister in law following the sudden passing of my father in law and the service and support through the ordering process has been amazing. The necklaces are absolutely stunning & absolutely beautiful they will be loved and cherished by both when they receive them a Christmas

I ordered the silver beaded bracelet with personalised hand writing and it is beautiful. Charlotte was extremely helpful from start to finish.

Having recently lost my dad, I wasn’t ready to let him go. My daughter and I looked after my dad for many years, and me, for several years before my daughter was born. I had 2 pieces made, a ring for me and matching pendant for my daughter. We are absolutely thrilled with our pieces, and still feel we have my dad walking with us.

A few years ago I ordered an item and due to personal circumstances needed to cancel it but they don’t offer that but said I could change it. Time
Went by and I asked to have something else and the print kit never arrived. Then I went through some serious health problems and needed major surgery and so forgot about it. Then my brother sadly passed away aged 17 and so further made me forget. I saw one of their adverts on Facebook and reached out to them to be told that as it’s so long they won’t honour my order. Or refund.
Not once was I told they have a 12 week time frame and you lose your money if you don’t complete in that time. Since then they have blocked me on social media and refused to communicate with me.
£100 lost and zero compassion.

Stole my money and said my order had expired. So no items and no refund.

I searched for a necklace which I wanted for my 40th birthday. Hand on Heart came up. Only really seen on Facebook but they had the necklace which was perfect for me. Seen very mixed reviews on here so was very weary about ordering as quite expensive necklace and would never usually purchase anything as expensive. From the moment I ordered I had a really good communication about my order. I even changed to the express service after a few days which was easy enough to do and again good communication via email. When my necklace arrived my handprints were absolutely perfect and I loved them although slightly smaller than what I thought. They are actually the perfect size now I have worn for a few weeks. The actual chain was much longer than I thought even though we paid for the longer chain but (never really noticed the length just didn't want chain too short). I contacted them and asked of u could exchange the chain for a shorter chain which they were happy to help me with and even gave me a refund for the longer chain I had paid for. Overall I would definitely recommend this company as had a positive experience and the most amazing necklace with my children's tiny handprints on forever xx

We lost our dog last summer and wanted something special from his paw prints. He was quite a hairy dog so the paw print I had was smudged. I messaged HOH and the lady was really helpful by email, I asked lots of questions which were answered quickly and she got someone to send me over the paw prints how they would look on the piece of jewellery we’d looked at minus the hair. We did wait around a month for these to arrive (however we ordered mid December so expected) and we were not disappointed. A lovely lovely piece of jewellery that we will cherish forever. Highly recommended.

Awful company to deal with. Always suspicious of companies on facebook that do not allow the reviews tab. There is usually a reason for this, they want to hide the negative reviews. There are much better companies out there that do these personal items with better customer care.

I purchased a ring for my Mum as a 60th Birthday present. We lost my dad only last year and I thought this would be a lovely gift for her. This company could not have handled the situation any worse than they did. The ring arrived prompt, only for us to find out that it was far too small for my mum. We thought, absolutely no problem the company has promised that if it doesn’t fit then they can resize it. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, SO BEWARE. After sending the ring back we were told by this company that due to the design of the ring (that THEY made in the first instance) they could only resize it up by a fraction of what it had been before. So they have falsely advertised that they can change it if your size is not correct, so be careful. My mum was obviously very upset and was even further upset when the company simply suggested her buying a completely new ring from them as “there was nothing else they could do”. Luckily we have taken the ring to a proper jewellers who have actually measured the ring only to tell us that it is a size L when the company were adamant on several occasions that the ring had been made to a size M and a half. With the nature of the jewellery they make I honestly thought this company would be more sensitive and actually follow through with what they have promised. I would avoid at all costs and go somewhere who doesn’t take advantage of the vulnerable and grieving.

I lost my daughter after she was born at 22 weeks and felt so lost without her... I heard about this jewellery from a few ladies on sands (baby loss support group) and had to order one for myself... They were absolutely professional with the hand prints of my daughter and my neckless is breath taking and wouldn't be without it... Thank you so much for makin me feeling closer to my baby girl again x

I've ordered two pieces of jewellry... their kit was delivered (for printing) the very next day, was reasonably easy to use. The prints can be uploaded immediately. The images they engraved were awesome and the pieces look beautiful. I paid for the express service and they came very quickly. Really great company to deal witg, my wife will love them.
