After loosing our dear cat after nearly 18 years, my daughter wanted a pendant to remember her by. Originally we ordered 2 x silver paw prints in the thought we would use some of her ashes however when we collected the ashes, her box was sealed so needed to rethink. The team were very quick to respond with a solution as we still wanted the paw print pendant. The team were super helpful in giving us other backdrop options so we could use some of our pets hair instead in the same pendant design. They arrived today (quicker than originally quoted) and beautifully packaged. They also returned any left over hair for us. Such beautiful pendants. Made with care and attention - thank you

I ordered an ashes necklace after my dad passed away. The attention to detail the kindness the information I was given throughout the process was great. When I received my delivery the packaging was lovely the note attached made me cry it was so poignant can’t fault if you want a keepsake this is where to go love it

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. I had damage to my original ring and was heartbroken, but I wrote to Lucy on their team asking about repair options. They were so fast and kind with their response, offering to make me a replacement ring free of charge- the second ring was even more beautiful than the first. A wonderful company that I will always be grateful to!

My husband and I ordered my mother in law a memorial ashes peardrop necklace with a purple stone and silver belcher chain 16 - 18 inches. The necklace is stunning. The quality is excellent and the necklace looks expensive. My mother in law loves it so much. Hand on Heart staff kept us up to date with every step of receiving the ashes, estimated time for necklace to be made and delivery. Thank you for your amazing service xx

We recently lost our special rescue girl and knew i wanted to do something with her ashes. After much research (3 hours at least!) I settled on Hand on Heart Jewellry and have not been disappointed.

I settled on a self-fill necklace & its beautiful. I received it promptly & itsm was beautifully presented, even the packaging was lovely!

If I could give more than 5* I would. I bought an ashes necklace from them in early 2021 after my dad passed in 2020. The service then was amazing and the necklace was fantastic. Unfortunately, 2 or so weeks ago, the ashes pendant came away from the setting. Devastated I contacted them asking for the best way to fix this, just expecting some advice. After being told that they didn’t feel they could fix it to a standard they would be happy with they then offered to replace it free of charge. Luckily I kept the leftover ashes they sent back to me the first time so I was able to send these off for the replacement to be made. I am so unbelievably grateful to this company for the way they have handled this and would recommend them to everyone.

This is my second time ordering from this company beautiful items very professional caring buisness if I could leave more than 5 stars I would little mix up with my order I emailed and they replied same day and resolved issues within the day new item sent straight out very highly recommend .thankyou handonheart jewellery.

The whole process from start to finish was carried out with such professionalism and care I would definitely recommend this company. This was all new to me, but the process was seamless from start to finish. There was an issue with one of the pieces which delayed the order ever so slightly, this however was also extremely well communicated.

Cannot fault & would 100% use this company again.

After my husband sadly lost his mother in January 2024 I decided I wanted to give him something to remember her . I looked into jewellery and came across Hand on Heart . I can honestly say from start to finish my experience has been dealt with , respect , great communication and empathy. When I finally received the ring I had made for my husband as a birthday gift all I can say is WOW , absolutely stunning and could tell it had been crafted with care . My husband was overwhelmed and emotional and loved his ring very much . Thank you Hand on Heart for making something beautiful out if such a sad time , would definitely use you again and recommend this company.

I was slightly overwhelmed when I shopped for a keepsake to remember my darling mum by, but the website was clear and concise, the photos showed the products in great detail, and it was easy to order. Any emails I sent were responded to quickly and in a professional yet warm manner. I received my delivery today, and the ring I ordered is beautiful. It feels sturdy and fits perfectly, and I can run my own fingertips over mum's print and feel the ridges which is hugely comforting.
My only (slight) negative was that delivery took quite a lot longer than estimated, and while an update would have been appreciated, I understand that as a small artisan shop there are only so many hours in the day!

Ordered a heart shape green silver necklace. The chain was so thin and poor quality and there was no catch to attach the clip to either, when I emailed they said that was normal! Never seen that on any other necklace. More dark grey colour than silver too. Misleading photos.. then 30 days later the chain just snapped after a shower. would never use again. I spent a lot of money on this, would not recommend. Was hoping to wear this for life.

Received my pendant today containing my cat’s fur clippings. It’s absolutely beautiful. The packaging and the box perfect, the communication from start to finish was first class. It took some time but it was definitely worth the wait and most certainly not something that would detract from a 5* review.

Absolutely amazing company.
I approached HoH after seaching the internet for something special in memory of my boy Dexter. After losing my precious furbaby boy Dexter after having to make that heartbreaking decision to let him run over the rainbow bridge, I wanted something special to keep him close. My necklace I chose is absolutely stunning. I love the fact that it contains some of Dexters ashes and now I feel so close to him once more.
The fact that the company is also based in Cumbria felt like is was meant to be, most of our holidays with Dex were spent in the Lake District. So it feels extra special that they were based here.
Thank you to all at HoH for the love care nd attention on producing my necklace. A special thanks to Hannh who worked on my piece. I will be forever grateful to you all for bringing my boy home and close to me again.

My dad passed away a few months ago and my mum’s birthday was recently so ordered a necklace with ashes in the pendant. The pendant is absolutely beautiful and my mum literally cried when she realised what it was. Hand On Heart put SO much care into crafting the pieces and I’m so happy with how it turned out, as well as their customer service. Special thanks to Donna who made the pendant.

What can I say appart from great service and a beautiful pendant with my Mums ashes in to give to my daughter on her 16th. She will always have a part of her Grandma with her now. The quality is lovely and the pendant is beautiful. So Happy I had this done and I'm suremy daughter will love it. Would highly recommend this company.
