From start to finish, this company has been absolutely wonderful. They handled our precious boy’s ashes with such care, respect and professionalism, which meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. We were kept updated at every stage and everything was handled with such kindness, care and attention to detail. You could truly feel how much thought and respect goes into creating each piece.

The pendant they made for our daughter is absolutely beautiful. It is a gorgeous, meaningful piece created in his honour and knowing that she can wear it close to her heart and carry a little part of him with her always is incredibly special to us.

It has given us something beautiful to treasure during a heartbreaking time and we could not be happier with how it turned out. The presentation was lovely, the delivery was quick and secure and the whole experience was handled with genuine compassion and professionalism.

We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful company to create something so precious in memory of our beloved boy. It will be treasured forever.

I ordered a ring, which I had shipped to my Sister in UK and it was carried to the Falklands by an Aunt, the delivery to my Sister was satisfactory and I do love the ring, HOWEVER on trying to put some of my dogs ashes in it, the screw refused to return to a flush position. I tried several times, there wasn't much of my boys ashes even in there as the funnel didn't actually go down in to the urn. After a couple of hours of trying I have given it up as a bad job and just wear the ring in memory of him, I have an urn necklace from somewhere else, so I still have his ashes with me. I would strongly suggest that the sealing method is redesigned, not user friendly at all, especially for older folks.

Really wish I’d looked at trust pilot prior to ordering…

I did do my research in the form of ordering brochures from every memorial jewellery company I was interested in, and absolutely fell in love with a teardrop ring. I received my ring 2 weeks ago, and initially I loved it. I was moving home so kept it in the box as I didn’t want it to get scratched when moving things around, so have actually only worn it for a week. It’s started to tarnish already and I just feel like for the price I paid I expected better quality… I’m not really one to leave negative reviews, I usually just swallow the loss and move on, but when it’s something as precious as ashes, there’s no room for poor quality :(

Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company. My order took more than 13 days just to be shipped, and after waiting all that time, I was told that I had to wait another 7 days.

The customer service was also extremely poor, careless, and unprofessional. They showed no real concern about the delay or about resolving the issue.

Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and I personally would not recommend this company at all

On reading previous reviews,I too, ended up with dull and tarnished necklaces. I bought one for myself and my two daughters after losing my mum, their grandmother, just over a year ago.
They looked lovely for a couple of months but then the silver started wearing off leaving a horrible orangey plastic. Totally rubbed off on our skin!
Very disappointing. We are trying to find someone, somewhere to possibly silver dip them again. More expense.
Sorry to say hand on heart, our necklaces are no better than ones you can win in an amusement arcade!
Word to the wise guys, look elsewhere for your heartfelt keepsakes.

Such a compassionate service provided from start to finish. Hand on Heart really understand the sentimental value of the products they produce. My beautiful soul dog passed away and I decided to have his ashes in a necklace. This necklace and the care I received from Hand on Heart made my grief slightly easier to bear. Thank you!

They never posted my review on their website, I ordered an egg timer urn necklace and it is exactly the same as the cheaper ones you find on Amazon they have just changed the chain £60 disappointed to say the least.

I bought a purple tear drop pendant with my Mum's ashes in back in 2021 when she passed away.
In 2024 it became discoloured and tarnished. My sisters also had issues. I contacted Hand on Heart and to be fair to them they issued a replacement as soon as possible. Last week the resin in the replacement pendant has lifted from the surround. I haven't contacted Hand on Heart this time as I don't have faith in their items but just wanted to let others know that if you do your research (which is a lot when dealing your grief and loss as well) there are companies who provide much better products.
I know there is a lot to consider, look at and deal with at these times but save yourself the heartache that myself and others have gone through. It might just be a necklace to someone but to me, it's my Mum.

This company markets their jewellery as something you can wear every day for comfort, to keep loved ones close. That was exactly why I bought it.
In reality, the necklace discoloured, which was devastating given it contains ashes and holds immense emotional value. Despite clearly explaining the distress this caused, the only solution offered was a 50% discount on a replacement because it was outside warranty.
For memorial jewellery, I find this unacceptable. When a company sells products based on emotional trust and permanence, the aftercare should reflect that. My experience did not match the care, compassion, or reassurance shown in their advertising.
I won’t be using them again and would urge others to think carefully before trusting them with something so irreplaceable.

Loved my ring but the glass part fell out after 2 years noone replies to my emails. Now I can't wear my ring anymore. Do not recommend

Loved my necklace and then 2 years later it's black and tarnished. According to the company they can't add anti tarnish coating like major jewellers due to their production process. Apparently it's my fault because I actually wore my necklace!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!! If you want a precious keepsake, it won't last longer than a couple of years.

***Reply to their response - my silver heart necklace with my child's handprint contains no ashes as it isn't a memorial piece so that reply makes no sense. Yes I was offered to purchase a silver cloth from you for £5 (thanks but no thanks) and also told that the necklace itself would be beyond saving so I'd have to buy a new one of those. I'd rather spend my money on something that lasts. Thank you.

The company made it very easy to select the personalised item I wanted. Had a good range of products and specifications. They were respectful and my order was processed quickly within the timeframe they said. The remaining ashes of my beloved mum were returned in a gorgeous box and pouch with an authenticity certificate. I wear my necklace every day as does my daughter her ring in memory of her grandma. I would thoroughly recommend Hand on Heart Jewellery

Upset that a previous customer was held over a barrel for a Xmas delivery. Wanted over £30 extra to guarantee it or it looks like they hold it and sent it out on the 22nd and used Royal Mail 48. Luckily I had it time but very poor tactics to get a few more quid. Will not use again because of this blackmail tactic. Update in response so if I choose quicker service when would I have got it ? as if you only make in order it still wouldn’t have been sent out to the 22? Or am I right you take the orders that paid more and priorities to send out early and returning customers get the gamble of r will it or won’t it turn up as tou hold back till thr very last ? Poor experience from a returning customers——- AVOID

ordered a ring for my 21st birthday with my brothers ashes who passed away last november. i was a little anxious about the whole process and sending his ashes off but i cannot fault hand on heart, the constant updates put my mind at rest and i’m in love with the precious ring that has been made. it’s the most special piece of jewellery that i own and i love that i can always have a piece of my brother with me. thankyou so much

Had a ring made with my dad's ashes after having an absolute shocking experience at a different ashes jewellery company. Hand in heart put my mind at rest after a little messaging as I was really nervous to trust someone again with something so precious, but they did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier.
