Absolutely stunning
My daughter wanted something special for her 21st and had always wanted a piece of jewellery with her Nanny’s ashes.
We have spent years trying to find the right piece and more importantly the right provider.
I came across Nicky Robin, we both really like the variety of items available and decided to buy a heart charm for a necklace.
It’s not always easy buying online however this was a very easy process with a beautiful outcome.
The item purchased is exquisite, far better than either of us expected. I gave it as a 21st present yesterday, it was received with joy and much emotion.
We cannot thank Nicky Robin enough and would highly recommend the business for quality, care, ease of use and customer service.

Losing a loved one or a pet is so incredibly hard, but Nicky Robin Memorial Jewellery helps create the most beautiful keepsakes for any kind of loss. They made a stunning paw-print ring containing my dog’s ashes and fur.
What blew me away was the attention to detail, they perfectly matched the inlay color to my dog's actual fur color using a photo I provided. It is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is outstanding.
The packaging is also exceptional and done with so much care. It arrives beautifully wrapped in black tissue, complete with elegant ribbons, a lovely thank you card, and detailed care instructions. They even include an official Certificate of Authenticity. The dedication, care, and official certificate prove how authentic and respectful this business is. Lovely necklace
Lovely necklace but find the ends of the necklace quite hard to attach as theres not a loop big enough, partner finds it really difficult to get the necklace on due to this.
Would help if the end had an attachment.

With this specific memorial necklace, we selected a link chain to ensure it fits securely through the pendant bail. We understand that a larger end loop is the standard for ease, but to ensure the pendant remains removable and safe, we've utilised a chain that can be fastened via the existing links. At Nicky Robin, we are always looking to improve and we are currently researching ways to adjust this pendant bail type to accommodate a larger fastening without compromising the design.
