Wasted days
After a couple of days after making my order, I contacted the company for delivery information as I hadn't received any notification. They told me I should receive the order the next day. As I still hadn't received the order, I contacted the company again a couple more days along. Only then did I receive information that my order wasn't in stock and not likely to be available for another month. To their credit they offered and made a refund quickly but I had wasted a whole week.

We understand how frustrating it must have been, the delay occurred due to an unexpected stock discrepancy, which unfortunately wasn’t communicated to you promptly.
While we are glad that the refund was processed quickly, we recognise that this does not fully make up for the inconvenience caused. We are actively working on improving our stock visibility with our suppliers to prevent this situation in the future.
