I love this company’s tile designs. This is the second order I have placed with them and couldn’t be happier with my lovely ‘Faded Delft’ tiles. Arrived very promptly after ordering online, the quality is excellent, and the design team is very helpful with any practical queries.
Already picking out my future bathroom tiles for when we get to that stage…

Great company. The tiles I ordered were not in stock, but I was given an estimated delivery time, and kept up to date. When I requested extra grout when I found I'd ordered insufficient, they sent the extra immediately

We love our 1860 Kensington Garden Decor tiles which we have just had fitted in our hallway. Jacky from Baked Tiles was so helpful in designing the layout and calculating the area and tiles needed. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I ordered and paid for five tiles (33 x 33) which were for a fireplace hearth. I then received an email informing me that they were out of stock for a few weeks. I was annoyed that I was able to order them with no warning that they weren't in stock.

After a couple of weeks, I received an email on a Tuesday morning to say that they were back in stock and the first available delivery was that Friday, so could I let them know if this was ok and I would then receive as text and email on Friday from the courier with an ETA. I replied almost immediately that it was fine for Friday. I waited all day on Friday but they didn't arrive. After several emails to Baked Tiles but no response (there is no phone number to be able to call them) I then had an AI online chat, which was hard work. This was then escalated to the customer service team. I finally received a response from Baked Tiles to say that my reply regarding delivery on Friday and all of my emails since, had gone into their 'spam' folder! Surely if you send an email asking if a date for delivery is ok, you'd check to see if you had a response or better still phone the client????? It added insult to injury as I had been waiting for the restock and the delivery all day on the Friday as well.

The saga doesn't end there. I was told that the tiles would be dispatched the following Monday and that I would receive them the following day, on Tuesday.

I received an email and text from the courier on Tuesday morning telling me the tiles would be delivered that afternoon within a two hour slot. I waited and the time came and went, tracking the driver who was nearby several times but never turned up here. By 6.20 pm (the couriers only worked until 6pm), I knew the tiles weren't going to arrive and tracking had been turned off. Obviously I couldn't get hold of customer services at Baked Tiles so I emailed them and had to again go through AI online chat to escalate it to Baked Tiles in case my emails went to their spam folder again.

I received a response from Baked Tiles (addressed to Kay, the second time that they got my name incorrect on their response emails!) to say that there had been an 'issue' with the couriers. So once again I had to wait in for the delivery on yet another day. The tiles finally arrived and I asked the delivery man what had happened the day before, as it was the same named driver. He said that he ran out of time. Baked Tiles did refund the £12 postage as a goodwill gesture but all in all, I found their customer service to be very very poor and the courier service unreliable.

However, the tiles I ordered are exactly what I was looking for, the quality, colour and style is great and perfect for my project. They were also packed very well as there were no breakages. So 5* for the tiles.

Great tiles, very reasonable delivery cost and the delivery was quick. Every tile was in perfect condition.

stunning tiles, exactly what i wanted. one box arrived damaged and they posted out another box straight away. fantastic customer service and great quality tiles.

We have had many construction materials delivered and this is the first that states;
*Kerbside Delivery & Packaging
Deliveries are made to the kerbside only, which means the driver will not be able to move goods onto your driveway or to your door. The drivers are not insured to enter your property or handle any of the products, so you may need to arrange help to move the goods into your property. The driver is unable to remove any of the packaging which also includes pallets.

We had a really great experience from start to finish. Ordering samples was easy and these really helped us to get a better idea of which tiles would work for our bathroom floor. We eventually chose the vintage tiles. They arrived in good time and were packaged perfectly. Nothing prepared us for how gorgeous these tiles actually are. Nearly a year later and I am still noticing parts of the mosaic which I haven't really focused on before - so many beautiful patterned tiles. It is brilliant to have so much choice and great service as well - I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for something really special but still very reasonably priced.

The Baked Tile Co have a wonderful selection online of not only beautiful tiles but unusual too! Photographs of their tiles in situ help to show how they can be used and with design ideas and with a choice of grout colour options also. Samples we requested were sent overnight! Placing an order was easy and any questions were dealt with a professional but easy manner. Delivery of our choice of tiles was made exactly as requested and the tiles we received were even more fabulous than we could have hoped for! Our finish product now installed looks absolutely fantastic!! Thank you to the team! We are delighted!

I bought some wall tiles with a Moroccan style pattern on it. They look like it was a low resolution print out. They were terrible and they said because it was a sale tile, they don’t take them back and give a refund! Absolutely ridiculous!! Don’t buy anything from this company, what a scam.
