You were really helpful on the phone
You were really helpful on the phone. It took me a long time to make a decision on the tiles. But you were so patient with me. You always took the time to listen. And I never felt rushed.
Thanks for your kindness. I love the tiles that I chose. They look great in the downstairs toilet

Samples for a new planned kitchen next year
I ordered some tile samples as part of my research for a planned new kitchen, work for which will start next year.
The samples arrived fairly quickly and I am very pleased with the colours and quality. I will most likely visit the store before I make my final decision, as I have time for this.
The web site was easy to use, which helped me with my choices. I am looking forward to having a new kitchen, as I have waited for many years for this!

A great tile company
Great service with good communication throughout. Received tile samples quickly & subsequent tile choice promptly too. The tiles are superb & husband is fitting them for our hearth. They will look brilliant. I will be looking to buy more tiles as we renovate the rest of our house. 100% recommend 👌

Beautiful tiles and very good value for quality. Also customer service is brilliant. We discovered the wrong number of tiles had been delivered (not baked tiles fault but the delivery company) and Gail who I spoke to was very efficient and helpful in getting the issue resolved. I always judge a company on how they deal with problems and this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you Gail

Alert! They are selling wrong tiles.
Alert! They are advertising wrong tiles.
I have ordered my tiles based on their “Inspiration”photos. To my surprise when I opened the instagram of that inspiration the lady said that she used different tiles. The product has similar colour and the same size but the texture and variety of shade is completely different. Please be aware of the errors like that on their website. I changed my rating for 3 starts as the customer service solved our problem and was actually quite helpful, accepted their fault.
Quite problematic though if you want exact type of tile and you might possibly receive something that you don’t want. Delivery is pricey and non refundable!
Edit: I was waiting to see if you remove the photos of the tiles that are wrong but you didn’t. I think you mislead customers on purpose.

Besvarelse fra The Baked Tile Co
I’m so very sorry to read this review . We are not the sort of company who intensionally mislead customers. In this instance , we had been tagged by an influencer in an image which appeared to show two of our Marrakesh brick tiles. Both the tiles were the same size ,colour, tone and finish to our collection and we had no reason to believe they were not those tiles . Bearing in mind we only sell a few tiles in that size and the fact we had been tagged in the image, the lovely photo was added to our product pages. It was not until you informed us that you believed they were not the same tile , that we became aware of our error. The floor tile was our Marrakesh brick, but the white wall tile, which in the photo was almost identical to Marrakesh brick white, was actually from a different supplier. We apologises when we realised this was the case and arranged for the tiles you had ordered to be sent back to us. We actually added the influencers image quite a long time ago and we sell a lot of our white tile, no one prior to your complaint had drawn this to our attention , showing how the tile on the image was very similar and creates the exact same look and feel when installed. We are genuinely sorry for this error and have now removed the photo from the product page.
The tiles look great and appeared to be…
The tiles look great and appeared to be easy to install. However 10% of the tiles had chips on one of the edges and couldn't be used as a whole tile. Luckily there were enough places for cut offs so they weren't wasted. Also my tiler said that the tiles were not not all the same size with microscopic differences only apparant when being installed

Personal service. Over and above expectations.
Quite a way from me and I only had a small order at this stage but service was both excellent and personal too. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I’d say went over and above expectations with an awkward geographical delivery arriving on time. On top, quality product at fair price. Therefore, I can definitely recommend this company and I’ll be using them again for further orders.

For a start the product is absolutely stunning. At last a creative textile company that isn’t completely monolithic in browns and greys! Customer service is excellent and dispatch is quick. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely be buying again. First class in every way. Any designer working on a period based project or restoration would do well to visit these guys.
