Got a baby co sleeper with mould on the base board, havent been able to contact anyone since march 2024 or get my money back.

I bought a halo door bell camera 11 11 24 had nothing but trouble with it. Put a normal door bell back on. My mind the thing was absolutely rubbish

I’m in the UK and bought the product from boots. It arrived stained and yellowed despite it being brand new. Contacted Halo UK support who were useless and referred me back to boots.

The mechanism to let you reach in and grab the baby is poor quality and requires the use of a latch which is also very poor quality. It’s absolutely not worth the price that is being charged for it.

Returned to boots and bought something completely different. Avoid.

I am shocked by the quality of the product sold in europe. It was adjusted for EU standards and this products has nothing to do with the original one sold in the US. Most of the options cant be used

- the lights are so low, it can only be used in a completely dark room
- the vibrate mode is a scam. The mattress does not vibrate even one bit and it makes such a huge noise
- the 4 sounds are ok but quality is quite bad so Id rather use some other sounds
- the crib does not stay up
-lastly, the side wall comes down very difficultly so you have to push with your whole body or with both arms very strongly and hold it into place to be able to pick up your baby. Its definitely not made for a woman who just had C-section (so definitely false advertising). I cant imagine using this option again.

The vibration is coming from an independent box working with 3xbatteries, so its not only making a huge noise but also doesnt help the crib vibrating in any way as its external. Imagine sticking your vibrating phone under the crib to make it vibrate , how would that work ? I cant believe this design flaw.

I have been trying to contact the customer service team as my order of 2 sleep suits has not arrived in over 2 weeks.

I bought the swaddle which has sleeves and the outer wrap part. It's really nice and spacious. Good fabric too

Easy to order and standard delivery was quick too. Mattress is fine and just what we wanted.

I have now bought 4 sleep sacks from Halo and while I love the quality of the items the sizing makes no sense. The 0-6 size is completely wrong, my baby grew out of them at 2 months, and the next size up is huge! Very annoying to only get 2 months use out of the items that state 6 months.

I bought two sleep sacks. The safari print 0-6 months one is lovely and fits well. I also bought the midnight moons sleep sack, which is also advertised as 0-6 months. When it arrived, it was obvious it would not fit my three month old as it is incredibly short. When I looked back on the website, it says that it’s only suitable for newborns, which I hadn’t read at the time of purchase. I have no idea why Halo advertise this one as 0-6 months as it plainly isn’t appropriate for that age range, which is very misleading. I should have read the small print but as a sleep deprived mum, I hadn’t considered it necessary to read every bit of info about an item to discover Il the sizing contradicts what they say.

Ordered 18-36 months for my 21 month old daughter. She’s a tad shorter but wearing 18-24 months in clothes. The sleepsac could fit me in it, it is ridiculously large and when I put her in it and zipped it her face could scoot into the neck hole. Clearly the size is too big for her but for 27€ I thought it would be better quality.

Well informed about delivery. Items as described.

Our Halo sleepsack arrived quickly and with tracking. The sizing information on the website was really clear. Our baby loves the sleepsack and has gone from waking every 10 minutes to sleeping through for 3 hours or so. Would recommend!
