Haroon was my travel agent. His communication is very good, and tends to be available for long hours throughout the day and night. We had some minor blips along the way but haroon always kept me informed and it was never anything that cannot be sorted. That is a reflection of good customer service in my opinion when things can sometimes not go plan and they still remain in good contact with you throughout your booking and trip. The whole booking was done to my standard and i had no problems whatsoever. I would use them again as this Umrah booking was my first with them.

Great service for an amazing experience but there are some important factors which make me hesitant in offering a higher rating.

For starters, Haroon helped us with the booking including travel, hotels and transfers between LHR - JED - Makkah/Medinah - DXB - LHR. Pricing was decent, on the dear side but that was to be expected. The travel needed to make sense for us, travelling with young children so flight times needed to be favourable and hotels to be adequate as we opted for a 5 star package.

Once booked, there were several misses in terms of flight dates and times, hotel dates as well as transfers which included the Haramain High Speed Train service in KSA. This needed to be verified a few times by both my wife and me to ensure there were no gaps. With that said, we missed an important mistake for our departure from Madinah which was a day earlier than our flight so had to pay the expense of new train tickets and the ones booked online couldn't be changed.

Haroon did a great job in providing our documentation but needed much chasing.

We embarked on the journey, and arriving in to Jeddah was seamless including meeting our driver to Makkah who was a very friendly chap from Peshawar. He drove us safely from Jeddah to Makkah which took just over an hour and the check in to the hotel was smooth.

We got some rest before leaving the hotel for Umrah, and although we were promised a guide this person never showed up so we did the Umrah on our own which was an eye opening, fulfilling experience ALHAMDULILAH. The next 3 days were just as well in Makkah and the train service is a complete game changer as we went from Makkah to Madinah in less than 2 hours.

Arriving in Madinah was straightforward and getting to hotel was easy. However, the hotel (Emaar Royal) was completely below standard and more like a 3 star hotel. We had issues with broken items and plumbing in the room, misconfiguration of beds and dust everywhere which triggered allergies for some of us.

After complaining to the duty manager, we were given a suite which was a lot better and put the initial experience behind us and made our way to the blessed masjid an nabwi. The city was so relaxed, with plenty of dining options around the masjid and rather than being scammed by the local Pakistanis for ziyarat, we took the opportunity for an open top bus tour of Madinah which was exceptional!

Dinners at the hotel were good, however breakfast options were not as great.

We left for Dubai from Saudi for the 3rd leg of the journey with ease, however there were changes in our flights times and even a cancellation of tickets by Saudi Airlines so its best to arrive at the airport as early as possible in case of any last minute mishaps.

Would I use these guys again? Probably not as it's not too difficult to arrange for flights and hotel + trains or transfers yourself.

The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. A special shoutout to Haroon for doing a great job!
