I was really confused about how everything worked at first but it was explained to me in detail. If I had any questions they were answered right away, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience and I would recommend using this company for umrah or hajj

Had pleasure dealing with Haroon. Very professional and he put our interest at first priority. Booked package with flight visa and trasport for Umrah. Within 3 days he sorted the visa with all the documents and clear communication.

Agent Haroon is highly unprofessional, gives out false information, tries to charge extra more than what’s the real cost is. Lack of communication and understanding. Agent haroon was keep on talking over, which is highly disrespectful within travel industry

Would highly recommend the owner's of hajjumrahtravels to reconsider their agents, if they want successful business with a better reputation of the company.

I felt I needed to write another review for the constant support and the work these brothers do. My family and I was due to go to Umrah in March but due to the ongoing regional conflict our first flight was cancelled, as my parents are elderly and disabled so you can imagine how devastated we all were after saving for two years just to make this pilgrimage. After a very long conversation with Issa he worked tirelessly with the airlines, the hotels and transportation to either get a refund or reschedule to a later date, he was very transparent from the beginning advising us we may not get the desired outcome as many hotels and flights were not refunding. It took nearly 2 months of Issa working to get our Umrah rescheduled all while keeping us informed. We already accepted we may lose our money but we Allah swt is the best of planners and Alhamdulillah Issa informed us that all parties had agreed to reschedule. Jazak’Allahu Khayr to Issa and the team but also know if it didn’t go our way it would not have been your fault as it was out of all our hands. Thank you from the bottom of my family and my heart, May Allah swt place much barakah in your business and work Ameen. The service and support was outstanding from Issa

We have just booked our umrah trip. Zara helped us with all our queries and helped us with the best package Alhamdulillah we have had a smooth experience so far and IA everything goes smoothly for us in Umrah as well. We will definately book with hajjUmrahTravels again IA

Your response is simply not accurate.

To say that your team has been actively in contact with me and continuously working on my case is completely untrue. For a long period, I was ignored and no meaningful action was taken regarding my refund. It was only after you received a notification from my bank and raised a chargeback claim that I finally received a call from your side, which by that stage was far too late and again full of excuses and no full refund.

The airline had already confirmed they were willing to provide a full refund, but because I booked through you as my agent, you were required to process the request. Instead, this was delayed unnecessarily, causing significant stress and inconvenience over more than £3000 of my money.

Once the bank became involved, your communication suddenly changed. At that point, again you acted incorrectly as your response should have been directly through the bank as part of the chargeback process, not last-minute calls to me attempting to make a last minute deal with me to get the bank of your back.

Furthermore, your manager specifically said she would call me last Monday, yet no call was ever made. Instead, I received the same repeated email, and when I questioned this, I was once again ignored.

So no, it is not inaccurate to say I was not being responded to. I have the emails and lack of replies to prove it. Your public response on this platform is to clear your wrongdoing but it does not reflect the reality of how this situation has been handled and how dishonest you are.

I also seriously question the authenticity of these 5-star reviews. Based on my own experience, I find it very difficult to believe the level of service being portrayed. Given the dishonesty and poor handling of my case, I would not be surprised if some of these reviews were not genuine either.

I stand by my review.

Total negligence and ignorance — bank had to intervene for our refund

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking with Hajj & Umrah Travels.

Following a flight disruption due to the Iran conflict, Emirates clearly informed us they were waiting for our agent to amend our booking so that we wouldn’t miss our journey. Despite multiple urgent calls and messages, the agency failed to act or respond.

Communication was extremely poor. When they did respond, it was with generic, template-style emails that did not address the issue. They also sent irrelevant itineraries of flights that did not belong to us instead of resolving the actual problem which was to re-book or refund.

We were ultimately forced to cancel the trip due to their inaction. Even then, they only cancelled one ticket instead of both, despite both being under the same Emirates booking. They also failed to cancel our transfers, resulting in drivers in Saudi Arabia contacting us here in the U.K. whilst waiting outside our hotels.

Repeated refund requests were ignored. They claim to be Atol certified yet failed to provide certification or claim a refund through Atol protection. The more we emailed, the more they ignored. I eventually had to escalate the matter to my credit card provider and claim against the agent via the consumer credit act. Bank completed a full investigation into the agency’s conduct. It was at this point the agent decided to get in touch with me an offer a partial refund when I was entitled to a full refund.

This experience showed a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. I would not recommend this agency at all. Luckily with the help of my bank we managed to get a full refund.

Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENT.

Just returned from our Umrah trip arranged by brother Haroon at Hajj & Umrah Travels. Alhumdulillah everything went so well. Can't thank them enough for the amazing package that was put together. Every part of the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend this company. Staff are friendly and always helpful with quick responses to any queries.

Great service by Danyal when building package and support during the umrah, would use again no major issues occurred and completed umrah Alhumdulilah stress free.

They have also offered me help with other services eg hotels booking, airport pickup etc. On my next trip I'll definitely book hotels through them as mine as a bit expensive and away from Haramain.

We booked our Umrah package with Hajj & Umrah Travels for 27th March 2026, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Our agent, Haroon, was incredibly helpful, calm, and supportive throughout the process. He made everything feel smooth, relaxed, and completely stress-free.

We stayed at the Movenpick in Makkah with a Haram view, exactly as promised. Seeing the Haram directly from our room made our stay truly special and unforgettable.

The ground transfers were also excellent, everything was well organised, and communication was always clear and timely. We never had to chase anything, as they kept us informed in advance.

The highlight for us was the hotel in Madinah, Dar El Eiman Alharam, which was recommended by Haroon. It was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, and it really enhanced our overall experience.

Everything about our trip was perfectly arranged, and we are truly grateful to Haroon and his team for making our Umrah journey so memorable and stress-free. InshaAllah, we will definitely be booking all our future trips with them.
