My family had already booked their Umrah trip to Makkah and Madinah for October 2025 with Hajj Umrah Travels. I decided to join them afterwards, and brother Issa made the whole process incredibly smooth, Alhamdulillah.

He arranged my flights, visa, and transfers, and ensured my hotel accommodation details were confirmed so I can be with my family during this blessed journey. Communication has been excellent, everything has been clearly explained, and the arrangements so far have been very well organised.

We asked for visa for umrah and it’s done as mr Haroon deal with our case.service is very quick and done very fast specially complete guidances provided.I highly recommend for umrah package and visa service well done.

As our agent, Haroon has provided an exemplary level of care and bespoke service, showing much patience and understanding regarding the specificity of our requirements throughout our Umrah trip, next month InShaAllah. We have full-faith in the present and after-sales support, should we require it.

Fair price for last 10 days of Ramadan and Dubai however extremely stressful from booking until return. Late confirmations. Had to chase often for updates. Paid 3 months in advance of departure yet there always seemed to be changes. Driver arrived late so we got to Madinah later than planned and driver even left us at the wrong hotel. Communication wasn’t the best. Even had a driver that didn’t speak any English like literally nothing.Flight changes occurred and there was a lot of back and forth travelling. Otherwise hotels were good and Makkah and Dubai transfers were improved and better so feedback was taken into account. I think they work under another company and have contacts with many suppliers. I went completely DIY last umrah and probably will do the same if going in Ramadan again.

Booked my family's latest April 2025 Umrah once again with Hajj Umrah Travels. As always the service I received was flawless the staff were absolutely amazing throughout my whole Umrah journey, from the initial booking till our return they were always ready to assist with any concerns. Even when we were in Saudi Arabia Haroon in particular the person who initially did our booking was always available to speak to and to reconfirm any of the details regarding the transfers or hotels. Overall I have given them 5 stars for the way they assisted us throughout our journey.My family and I found all their staff very friendly, polite, honest, helpful, patient and professional in their conduct making us feel valued customers and that we were never alone.I would highly recommend everyone to use Hajj Umrah Travels to book their Umrah and Hajj package. My experience with this travel agency was great, especially not knowing very much on a first umrah trip with family. Haroon, lovely guy gave us good customer service, and organised our umrah and Dubai package. Hotels in both Makkah and madina has plus points but most of all I thought the transportation service was exceptional which made me and my family feel stress free and safe. Just a slight issue with Dubai hotel however overall happy with travel agency and will definitely use again!
