Customer service we received from brother Bilal was excellent this is my 3rd time travelling through Hajj and Ummrah travel, without brother Bilal's honesty and reliablity we wouldn't have managed to travel he is a very friendly person that I've ever met, he's been extremely patient and supportive throughout the booking process, and continues to be a huge help, I would highly recommend brother Bilal to friends and family and I believe that anyone who goes through with this agency would appreciate the assistance and great service that Bilal provides to make it as easy as possible.

I was really suspicious that the agency wasn’t legit but they are amazing! We booked 3 days in Dubai, 4 days in Makkah and 3 days in Medinah and everything was sorted as soon as we booked. It was stress free and smooth, we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything! Would definitely recommend.

It was an extremely easy process to book the tickets and make adjustments. I travelled to Makkah and Madinah with a very large family and everything was accounted for. Everyone was very helpful and ensured all our criteria’s were met. Haroon and Nimra was my main point of contact and they were both amazing.
