The products are great but I wanted to focus on the customer service. My experience has been very positive when I encountered an issue and they actually went above and beyond with their resolution and were very generous. This fills me with great confidence to have great products backed up by great customer service. Please keep it up!

I've been using the Gruum Shampoo bar…
I've been using the Gruum Shampoo bar for some years now and it's my only go to shampoo. It lathers really quickly after just only a few rubs on my head and I have shoulder length hair. It's more than enough to get my hair really clean. The reason I chose Gruum all those years ago was there was no plastic involved, just a round soap bar in a cardboard box, so it met my ethics of trying to cut down on plastics.

Great products and service
I have been searching for a solid shampoo and conditioner bar for many years and tried multiple brands before discovering Gruum. For my fine hair that gets greasy quickly the volumising bars are perfect and last a long time making them great value for money. I’ve always received good customer service and when I’ve had issues with my subscription settings they were sorted quickly via livechat with a real human!
The only negative is that the subscriptions are sometimes hard to manage, with no email to give me notice before the next order. It would be very useful to have the chance to change the date, cancel, or adjust products before it is shipped.

My order arrived destroyed
My order arrived destroyed. Black clay mask wasn't packed properly and somehow got into the shipment box in an open packaging. It went out and dirtied all of my order, I.e. all other items. So I haven't got to try their products.
Customer support was however good. They offered me to send a replacement shipment, and we found a solution.
