Great Service. asked for a quote and got a reply on the same day, then drilling done within a few days. Jon was great in arranging the work. Kieran the geologist oversaw the drilling and was very informative and helpful in the explaining processes. Highly recommended.

Groundsure gave excellent service with their Technician Jon being prompt on the agreed time for a mining risk assessment. With the use of his exceptional knowledge he explained the procedure for the assessment in a clear and concise manner. At all times he was polite, an excellent representative for Groundsure. I would like to mention how helpful and polite that Carey the operations manager from Groundsure dealt with my request.

Groundsure provided me with desk top review and report on an external visual inspection of the property. The work and reporting was completed with two weeks of instructions. Reports were clear and easy to read and understand.

Had a drilling investigation done on a house that I recently purchased. The team were great from start to finish. During a stressful time purchasing a property, everyone that I dealt with was so helpful and knowledgeable. The clean up was excellent and you couldn't tell that they had even been there. I would absolutely recommend Groundsure to anyone in Cornwall who is looking to have a property drilled.

We purchased property in Cornwall which has been build in 2015, there were 4 houses built on the same plot. Had all paperwork for all clear with mining search.
Behold! Groundsure "finds" mineral lode approximately 35m away from property and push for drilling to investigate. We spoke to Cornish mining engineer and even he couldn't understand why Groundsure is pushing for drill as we got all valid paperwork. Original paperwork is no good for Groundsure, we have to pay 2k for drilling to happen so we can be approved for mortgage valuation. (2 houses next to us didn't have anything picked up when they got sold and mortgaged within 2 years prior).
We got pushed to pay for services - otherwise we would loose house. On the day 4 guys turned up. No PPE worn. One guy just sat doing nothing. Other just sitting on laptop. We have proof from neighbour who took pictures as these 4 properties share driveway.
We got lulled that all the drilling will be patched up like for like. Joke! All driveway bricks have more humps than camel. They drilled through sewage waste pipe which had to be fixed next day. Neighbour told that they just poured concrete over pipe - didn't replace it or seal it.
We got left with 20 odd bags of drill waste in garden. We rang them and they said can't pick it up just in case if it's contaminated. Hello?! It's been sat there for few weeks. Contaminated!
Plus man hole on driveway seal got broken and we asked them to come and fix it as they haven't done a proper job. To which man on other side asked of we could do it. They don't get paid for fixing jobs. What the hell? Don't break it in first place!
We moved in property and within week had waste issues - water coming bubbling up in sink from dishwasher. When flush downstairs loo water comes up and then sucks down.
Month after than - the same issue. Called South West Water and surprise - there in pipes are drilling rubble which blocks pipe. They tried to flush it but couldn't move it.
On a day when neighbour had a small talk they said that they haven't drilled for 6 years. May as well shouldn't!

Happy with the service, quick and inexpensive. Good value for money.

The address finder would not find the postcode. The grid reference was actually latitude and longitude rather than northings and Eastings so Its stated incorrectly. Regardless neither would work. The only way was to put in the road and the town which listed several hundred occupants and took a while to then find. Then drawing polygon the points don’t seem to meet. It’s just somewhat difficult to navigate. Just a frustrating experience. Not the first time.
