I have been using this supermarket for home delivery since May 2026 and there aspects of their process that I really like. The ordering process is very good, a big improvement on my previous supplier, and they bring the shopping in carrier bags, and give the option of returning them the following week to get a refund. Thats the good points. Last week I wrote them a letter (no email option) asking if I could cancel my delivery pass early as I was unhappy with the quality of some of their products. I still had three weeks left on the delivery pass that I had paid for, and had placed an order for this Thursday. Yesterday (18th) i received an email telling me that my delivery pass had been cancelled, and a refund had been issued fro one of the products I had complained about. When I checked my order I discovered that the delivery charge hadn't been cancelled. I then cancelled the order as I wasn't prepared to pay the delivery charge twice. What really annoyed me was that I had no means of contacting Morrisons by email but they can use this method to contact me in a very impersonal way

I am a celiac and every time I come to Doncaster store there freezer is either empty or broken it’s hard enough to find foods as it is absolutely terrible service

Good but can be better

I have just been to Morrisons in Chippenham to buy some comestibles, one of the comestibles being lager - a type of pale beer that originated in the Kingdom of Bohemia, now part of the Czech Republic. It being an age-restricted item, an assistant had to authorise my transaction. I also bought some sandwiches, and crisps, but I forgot to get a drink as part of the meal deal. I explained I just wanted to pop over to get a drink. The grey-haired, huffy, irritable old personage who authorised my transaction (I imagine she can be identified by the Authorisation Code on my till receipt: 11-018366) looked as though I had just done something unmentionable about her person. “Sorry?” she barked in what I and any other reasonable person would have taken to be a brusque, rude manner, so, taken aback, I explained again my oversight. “Well, go and get one then” came the reply in like manner to that mentioned heretofore. I should have remonstrated with her, perhaps, but then reasoning that revenge is a dish best served cold, I thought I’d post a scathing review online. Years ago, my mother (since deceased) slid on some apple purée that the cleaners in the same supermarket that the cleaners there couldn’t be bothered to wipe from the floor, and the attitude of the cleaner there was equally noxious. Since which incident I really hate shopping there, but it is convenient being the nearest supermarket to my habitation. However, after tonight I will be taking my custom elsewhere and I suggest anyone in Chippenham or the
environs of Chippenham do likewise. I don’t know where Morrison’s finds these social rejects - and, being fair, there are one or two folk there who have a positive attitude towards customer service - but they seem to have a monopoly on them.

Would give it zero if I could. Made an order for delivery, they sent a mail saying it would be an hr late at the time it was supposed to be delivered They then sent another saying it would be tomorrow and I had to ring them if that wasn’t acceptable. I rang them to cancel and spoke to someone that really didn’t care. No apology, just attitude and apathy. Never again.

Today I’ve experienced fraud through Morrisons where someone has been able to do 3 home deliveries using my bank account and taking all my money. Have got in contact with the bank and hoping to get the money back.

overcharged the 25% off wine was not given even tho I questioned it

I contacted Morrisons butcher department and ordered 7 fillet steaks, using my Saturday 20% offer for "more customers". All I can say it the service was phenomenal, the steaks were beautiful, the butcher had kindly put aside the order I had spoke to his colleague about. I would normally buy steaks out of Aldi or Lidl but I would 100% use Morrisons from now on.

Delivery late again not sticking to times

Dreadful customer service still waiting a call back over a week ago now have called and emailed them. Really poor definitely will never use there services again they obviously do not value their customers.

My issue needs to be resolved not happy on line shopping where you supposed to give me a refund but taken money from my account Purley way store!!

I visited the Becontree Heath store for the first time in approximately a year, and I was disappointed by its current condition. The produce section was still being replenished, but shelves were mostly empty, and the refrigeration units were bare, creating a disorderly appearance. The groceries section was also untidy. Historically, Morrisons maintained high standards; however, the quality of fresh meat has declined significantly, with prepackaged products that appear inferior, and the minced meat resembles dog food. I do not intend to return to this location. It is unfortunate to see how far Morrisons Becontree has declined in quality and service.

I'm still a little in shock. My daughter has just been accepted to her first choice of university and was excited to read that Morrison had 25% off uni essentials. So she browsed the list and attended Morrison's Bromsgrove with my wife to pick her items. Only to be told at the till that the 25% is ONLY online. She was too upset and embarrassed to put the items back, so had to pay full price.
I returned the items to the store and insisted on the discount, which I got. But what a waste of everyone's time and you upset my daughter. You are pathetic , pedantic money grabbers.

Don’t get food from Morrisons York rd Doncaster, waited 40 mins for 2 breakfasts at 11.02, for cold beans frazzled bacon, rock hard overcooked black pudding, and watery mushrooms, no forks at all customers having to ask for forks to eat food, spoons for stirring tea 50% have tea stains. Overall experience Bad, it’s really bad. Not worth the £22.10 we paid

Really really poor quality food… awful lettuce which I couldn’t find on the bag where it was grown… disgusting food… for very high prices… hopefully they will go soon! My worst shopping experience

Absolutely awful 30 items unavailable 10 substitutes/swaps email 45 minutes before delivery alerting us driver did not , disabled household, poor communication terrible customer service, avoid avoid avoid, you Absolutely will be going to another shop to buy what wasn't available why on earth were we able to add so many unavailable items to the basket??? Awful

i thought the delivery drivers were so helpfull honest and polite nothing went erong with me its all my fault just blame me everyone else does dont listen to the neagativity tjey dont know that ive helped me more than any other delivery and i can allways talk to somone work with ea h other comunication people xx

Can't rely on your delivery been on time ,quality of food is hit and miss
