Morrisons on Amazon. Got sent a so called £15 voucher to spend but when I tried to use it it wouldn’t not accept it. A scam to get you shopping from them. Avoid this disingenuous company.

How poor is Morrisons since the yanks took over.

Pies in plastic wrapping instead of the paper.. cakes disappeared from shelf’s and replaced with large substandard items.

No staff, rude managers hot counter removed and this left to fester in boxes in small heated shelf’s.

And let’s not get started on the toilets 🤮🤮🤮

Items arrived smashed again.

I have been complaining for over a year that Morrisons overstuff bags. It’s dangerous and completely unprofessional.

Today a bottle of wine had smashed apparently and also ruined all of the sets of bedding and sheets that I ordered.

I use Morrisons to shop for my parents and every other week one of the ready meals will be leaking because of the way they overstuff the bags.

Today was my order and I availed the 6 bottles of wine for 25% discount offer.

The groceries turned up with 5 bottles of wine in one carrier bag the rest of the food shopping overflowing in the various bags, 3 bags in total were used for a large £100+ shop with each bag completely overstuffed with a glass bottle precariously placed at the bottom ofone of the very full food and vegetable bags and 5 bottles of wine crammed into one single carrier bag.

I asked the driver where the missing bottle of wine and the sheets and duvet sets were and he said that the bottle of wine had smashed and also the bedding was covered in wine.

Whenever I ask the drivers why the bags are packed so poorly they say that robots pack the bags?

It’s appalling that Morrisons can’t even fulfil one of their own deals because they are unable to pack items safely.

I won’t be using Morrisons personally but unfortunately I have to keep ordering with Morrisons for my parents because they like the food.

I hope this problem will improve in the future.

Just been in Morrisons on York Road In Doncaster, I was served by Paris and I really need to say she made it a pleasure her manner is first class pure service with a smile. A definite credit to Morrisons

The staff at my local Morrisons are brilliant. Always friendly & helpful.
Morrison's food is vile, expensive and there aren't many choices compared to other supermarkets. The fruit and veg is horrible. The fish counter stinks. It's like a supermarket from the 1980s. I will never shop there again.

In regard to the Penrith store in Cumbria. Seagulls defecate on the cars and scratch the roofs and the car park is extremely tight on room. Tills are not always manned, some staff look miserable and unclean, the security guard they currently have is very strange and makes customers feel uncomfortable. The deliveries often lack key/staple items which was the reason I put the order in or are replaced with daft items such as replacing a packet of short grain rice with a single tin of rice pudding. I have moved to another super market just down the road.

I got scammed someone did two payments using my card, 50£ lost

Morrisons home delivery Croydon store are the worst company to work for they treat their staff like rubbish the manager Sarah Walker is very rude with attitude and looks down on staff. So remember when buying home delivery shopping know how the staff are being treated.

Had an online order with 8 x wrong items and 1 x missing, No substitutes or refunds offered. When i tried to raise the issue on their website it constantly sent me back to a Help Hub/FAQ page and they have no email for service. I eventually found a link for a complaint form which sent me back to the same 'help hub' ( ironic as it does everything but help!). Had to get my refund via Resolver. Atrocious service AVOID !

Yesterday early evening I popped into my local store where a did a small shop, on my way out of the store, I slipped on a bit of yogurt that was on the floor, I didn’t see it and there was no sign to say beware of spillage. It took my feet from under me and jarred my whole body when I landed on the hard floor. Two passing customers helped me get up, however, not one of the staff came over to see if I was ok, the security guard was walking over with blue paper in his had and all he said was “ I was going to clear that up “ !! Bit late I said as I had most of it on my dress. I would appreciate someone from this company to reach out and at least apologise for this, cos if I was an elderly person this could have been fatal for them, luckily I just jarred my body, and I’ve been aching since!! Not impressed with staff at this store!!!

Not sure what the issue is with getting your bread sliced at the bread section of Morrisons Port Talbot store, but the staff will have every excuse under the sun not to cut the bread. The service in the area of the store is appalling and I cannot understand if it’s such an issue for the staff to the bread for customers, then set up the facility for customers to cut their own bread.

This company can only improve… if they change their management! Just spent an horrendous half hour on the phone… with a ‘manager’ called Nancy. I have already written about the goods delivered to me on 8 AUGUST!! This is their manager just coming back to me! She did try yesterday… but 11 days after my order with out of date goods and bad quality items!! They have the audacity to ask me for a photograph of the items!!!! She then suggested that I check each item for dates … when my order is delivered!! Are Morrisons management on the same planet!! ITS NOT MY JOB TO ENSURE THE ITEMS ARE IN DATE OR OF DECENT QUALITY!! I AM THE CUSTOMER!!

Received my online order today two items two days out of date including meat and 7 items with today’s date . Shocking from Morrisons. Clearly they do not care and happy to make people ill sending out food that is way past it expiry

Ordered a food shop from Morrisons Clifton .have to say amazing service very helpful deleverd my shopping on time delivery person he was very kind helpful I normally order from Iceland but from now on il be ordering from Morrisons as they take much more care in your shopping thank u 😊

You had to copy all the other supermarkets and started to change your diat lemonade to the same lemon rubbish, it’s a terrible taste in whiskey, I will never stop at your supermarket again, I’ve just purchase 12 bottles of rubbish.

I want to give praise to a staff member of Morrisons, Woosehill, Wokingham, Berkshire.
His name is Chris and I asked for his help on Tuesday morning, 18th September 2026.
I was shopping for a single lemon, but all they had on the shelves were packs of fours. Chris was busy at the time, but immediately stopped his current task and said he could break open one of the packs of four and I could choose a single one. He even told me the price of a single lemon.
I got the impression that Chris enjoys his job as this was shown in his approach to me as being enthusiastic, polite, professional, friendly and very helpful.

People are quick to complain nowadays, but when you shop for a simple item and get greeted by Chris, it actually made my day, so I needed to send this thank you note.

When I arrived home, I told my wife of this experience and she said I often talk to Chris and found him very helpful.

If there are any bonus payments on the horizon, then Chris should be seriously be considered as he is an asset to his store, Woosehill, Wokingham, Berkshire.

I purchased cream cakes from the Burton branch in june but on returning home and having one with a brew i found the cream had gone off i immediately reached out to morrisons who after a few days asked for more information which i gave they then said they would as a gesture of good will automatically put points on my loyalty card i sent three further emails explaining i hadnt got one ,a month later after another email they promised a e gift voucher .It is now the 19th of August and still no voucher ! UPDATE after emailing again they asked again for my loyalty card number to give me some points 🫢.morrisons reply to this review has asked for information so they can look into it . How when you havnt reached out ?
