Going to keep away from all the negative aspects of visiting my local Morrisons store at Mayo Avenue and say thank you to Laura who on my last 2 visits has been really helpful. Broke off from what she was doing to find stock 'in the back' and direct me to products I was unable to find. Following experiences in this and other Morrisons stores which has been less than satisfactory well done Laura and perhaps you could give your colleagues a lesson in great customer service.

The treatment of people by morrisons is awful, its been insulting, i have been in correspondance with them over m last review, and the attitude of their customer service head was truly awful, dismissive, go through resolver, at least its documented..

I’m not shopping there any more. The discount system is terrible. Sending useless points on my more card when all I need is money off store items. Also queuing at the person check out is always a wait, they never bring more staff on to help.
Come on Morrison do what other stores do 😤

By far the worst home delivery service of all the supermarkets. Delivery was late, items were unavailable and those that could be substituted were substituted with unacceptable alternatives. However my biggest mistake was to order cream!!! Damaged pot, cream subsequently ended up over other items which then had to be returned. I wanted to avoid a trip to the local supermarket but thanks to the incompetence of Morrisons I need to head off this afternoon. NEVER NEVER NEVER again.

Having reported the poor state of the toilet facilities that my wife experienced at our local store in St. Andrews, both to the local shop and customer services we were less than inspired by the response. Although customer service acknowledged the importance of clean and working toilet facilities - after all who wouldn't? - we were unimpressed that there was no response from the St. Andrews store that they might have taken on-board the criticism and sent us some reassurance that our concerns were being addressed. As such customer service in this context were little more than a sop with no real purpose beyond that. We would have expected more.

Morrisons Victoria Park Netherfield has become really grubby & not the Store it once was. The chiller with the ready meals had mould growing The staff look weary and fed up. The store needs to be deep cleaned. I emailed head office about the mould however I’ve not had a reply.

All supermarkets are at it,Breaking open multi packs and stiffing people.6 bottles of water normally £2.50,open multipacks and charge 90p a bottle disgusting.

Been to Morison. Byker yesterday spend. £160 with my boy and misses. The lady at cashier didn’t even said hello what so ever not even a smile so rude well at then end. I was so busy packing my. Shopping in bags ,, she didn’t even ask if I had. Morrison loyalty card that would have save me. Over 30 pound …. At the end Lady came called Kelly probably manager … didn’t bother to help no smile no what so ever. M she just walked away from me like I’m Northug. Be in mind. I shop there daily. But never again from this experience. … Even late night. At self checkout. Standing there like Lemmon staff not helpful at all so rude. No costumers service service. At all safff nee training. Also managment Like Kelly

Ordered party platters they were great. Arrived on time sandwiches and mini wraps well filled. Reasonably priced.
Fresh selection of fillings. Definitely recommend for a party.

Morrisons Now Delivery. Used twice and no delivery, no update on the system or email or text. Absolutely rubbish. Takes ages to get my money back. And all they say is it’s only if we have drivers available. If they know they don’t have drivers why allow orders to be placed! Left me with no money to get my shopping for over a week and I have kids!

constantly advertising bread that is never in stock

Recently went to Morrisons for breakfast and do my weekly shop. I was in for two hours and five minutes and received a £100 parking fine. Appealed but the said no receipt no appeal. Will never shop at Morrisons again. This happened in Penrith as we were down from Shetland on holiday. Never aware you only had two hours to have breakfast and do your shop.

Disappointing and stale – do not buy!Very poor quality. The ice cream cone was completely half-soggy and half-frozen, with a horrible icy texture. It tasted incredibly old and stale, like it had been sitting in the back of a freezer for years. To make matters worse, I ended up with a bad stomach ache after eating it. This has actually happened before, so I really should have learned my lesson by now. Avoid these completely. This was in the wood green branch N22.

My wife and I visited the store in Stirling on both Monday 17th August and Sunday 23rd August. I needed to use the disabled toilet on Monday but it was out of order, so I went into the gents toilet only to find the locks on both cubicles were broken. Bad enough but to find nothing had changed 6 days later is unforgivable.

Not sure staff could care less. Just been to the Rubery store to buy £175 John Lewis vouchers as a gift. Went through straight away my end, however transaction didn’t go through their end. They issued a refund, but then told me (after i asked) that the cash wouldn’t be received for another 5 working days. Line from the staff was sorry but that’s how it is. So I’m £175 down, need to still get the gift and Morrisons will sit on my cash for 5 days. Absolute joke of a company

Did an online shop for delivery at 9pm. Received a call at 7pm asking to drop it off earlier. I said I was unfortunately out so would have to stick to the 9pm. Received a text asking if the shopping could be left outside until my return and I could hand back their crates another time. I did not see or answer the text. Arrived home to find my whole weekly shop with frozen items, milk and fresh meat left on the drive. I live in a rural area with foxes cats etc so was pretty shocked they thought leaving it out in the open for 40 mins was ok on a warm summers night. Also how much storage rent are you offering to hold on to your crates? A driver can not collect them when I next order as there will not be a next order.

Placed an order via deliveroo for a few things I needed for dinner but the main thing I needed was painkillers, I specified that if the specific painkiller I needed was unavailable to cancel the entire order, instead they substituted it with a medication I am allergic to (hence my specific instructions to cancel) they didnt even substitute with a painkiller of the same type, I ordered dissolvable solpadine which is paracetamol based, they sent ibuprofen. They didnt note the substitution on the order despite the supplied medication being significantly cheaper as it would have made them cancel the order.
I went to deliveroo who refunded the price of the medication and then i went to morrisons customer service about the concern that their staff made a dangerous substitution rather than cancel a 30 quid order. They immediately tried to pass the buck to deliveroo, which i responded I would not do as it wasn't an issue with the order, delivery or driver. They came back and offered me reward points for a reward scheme im not even part of. I told them im not looking for a hand out, im looking for them to take some responsibility for something that could have had a horrible outcome for someone despite taking all caution that could have been taken from a consumer perspective. They then finally came back and said they would let the store know that wasn't alright and to be more careful. Zero accountability, consumers should not have to go back and fourth for a major retailer to send an email to its staff reminding them not to mess with people's orders, especially medication!

Morrisons on Amazon. Got sent a so called £15 voucher to spend but when I tried to use it it wouldn’t not accept it. A scam to get you shopping from them. Avoid this disingenuous company.

How poor is Morrisons since the yanks took over.

Pies in plastic wrapping instead of the paper.. cakes disappeared from shelf’s and replaced with large substandard items.

No staff, rude managers hot counter removed and this left to fester in boxes in small heated shelf’s.

And let’s not get started on the toilets 🤮🤮🤮
