This is about an order.

I've just received my order confirmation. Milk not available! Bread not available! Rolls not available! 10 for £10 not available!

So two of the nations staples are not available. Really! How are store customers managing? There must be a riot going on and yet no such news online.

I've just checked what's available to order on your website and you have over 100 types of bread available. You have 50 types of milk available and yet you couldn't find one substitute. Who does the picking? Bobo? Who's in charge? Time for them to find new employment. Truly hopeless standards. A supermarket/warehouse with no milk or bread available at all and yet the order is for this afternoon. Shamefully low standards. I do hope the management take note and dock their pay accordingly.

I have lost count of the number of times deliveries have been outside of the one hour slot I booked. I work from home and have been disturbed during online meetings, to break off as a delivery has arrived half an hour early, and then spend time putting cold/ frozen foods away. Customer services were interested when I was a 'new' customer; always replied, apologised and even refunded my delivery charges, but after a while they stopped replying. Refunding £5 delivery doesn't compensate being disturbed during an online meeting. This is supposed to be about convenience for the customer. I am taking my custom elsewhere.

Great products, but a very disappointing experience at the Reigate store

I generally like Morrisons and have always found their products to be good quality, but my experience with the Reigate store has been extremely disappointing.

On three separate occasions, I placed orders through Deliveroo, only to wait around an hour before the order was cancelled by the store without any clear explanation. On at least some of these occasions, there were Deliveroo riders waiting at the store, which made the situation even more frustrating.

What concerns me is the apparent lack of accountability when orders aren’t fulfilled. The staff at this particular store don’t appear to be sufficiently trained to deal with delivery orders, and there seems to be very little ownership when things go wrong.

I appreciate that problems can happen, but having the same issue occur three times suggests there is a wider problem that needs addressing.

It’s a shame because I like Morrisons and its products, but the service from this particular store has been unacceptable and has left me very reluctant to order from them again.

I went to the supermarket in castle Bromwich where I was looking at the cakes and I seen a doughnut one with raspberry jam and cream (wish stop using raspberry jam) so I asked to lovely ladies Mia and Danielle if they would mind doing it with strawberry jam instead to which they was more than happy to help me with and I was so thankfully for this so thanks ladies for your help and for doing that for me.

This is purely for my driver Heithem. Never met him before but what an outstanding young man. I found out today Morrisons no longer deliver in bags so this young man bought up a very heavy box containing 6 × 1.5L of water and food etc. I'm on the 2nd floor and the weather is very muggy. Not only did he bag everything up for me but he then offered to bring it in. This was before he knew I was disabled. What a legend, please look after him Morrisons, future CEO in waiting. Essex delivery. Thanks Heithem.

Apparently I can't review an item I bought in store from them, I need to buy it again online to leave a review on their site. So here is my review. I bought their own brand tuna chunks in spring water, 4x cans. Its cheaper than the brand leader. It is more like tuna flavoured soup. Very little flavour, no chunks, very watery. I'll stick to the brand leader from now on. If I had been able to leave a review on their site it would have avoided me scoring the entire Morrisons chain one star.

Spent £130 on shopping and various household items that included a Frying pan and a set of pillows. Once it was rang through, I asked for bags and was presented with these pathetic little paper bags that will tear from the corners of boxes and such. How am I supposed to carry all that without bags. Absolutely awful, first and last time I will be shopping at morrisons. The staff even had the nerve to be annoyed with me.

Got given the wrong order
Not ubers fault as the parcel was wrapped up with my name on and they just collected it
Rang morrisons customer service and said can i get a refund or the proper order sent out as they had packed it wrong
and was told no has to be through uber as they collected it.
Even tho they were the ones that packed the order wrong and gave someone else my items
Was dismissive and didn’t really care they had messed up no apologies given either
Not the first or second time this has happened with them either

Lady on tills pleasant and friendly-Berwick Store.
Unhappy with lack of offers on more card. Nothing for 7-8 weeks now. Better rewards at Sainsburys or Lidl

All going self service. Not enough staff to help. When the till starts kicking off. Staff often seem like they can't be bothered.

Awful customer services.. Told that my complaint was urgent and now we are in September, the original contact made in June..

These call centres are useless and they dont read their notes and I am sick to death repeating myself to these people...

I wouldn't go as far as that staff are great this one's about rotten fruit been in to my local store every evening after work this week looking for banners first Monday they were all to yellow same fruit on stand because no one was buying them in that state by today Sunday that are manky I dumped my shopping basket and walked out shame used to be a good store until it was taken over.

One of their petrol stations wouldn't allow us to use the toilet.Basic call of nature refused. Saying that they don't have one. I suppose the staff have the special ability to hold [it] in for their 8 hour shift.

Iv shopped with morrisons for a number of years delivery is good drivers good but I can honestly say I never have all my shopping there is always things they haven't got this week 4 itams 2 cakes sponge cake pork chops and I did this shop a bit earlier but made no difference to fresh cream products it's getting ridiculous now il be shopping somewhere else from now on and considering delivery this time £4.50 very disappointed I'm editing this as went into morrisons today in Newport went over to where the pork and bacon was the fridge had bee leaking there were a few bags look liked sandbags wedged upagainst the fridge but the water was spilling out onto the isle there was no signs saying it was wet so I followed a staff member and told her about it she said il see to it I do hope she did I can see quite well but for a person with limited sight would not causing slips and falls

Porth Morrison Deli counter.. awesome service every week. So friendly. Asked the girl her name - Leanne .. a credit to the company and such a friendly employee to shoppers

Morrisons york rd Doncaster have the most rude miserable staff we've ever known. Unhelpful and ignorant absolutely no customer service at all and obviouslyfind it too much troubleto help!! This has been on numerous occasions. Refuse to shop there again! AWFUL STAFF!

Shopping in stevenston store today , chaos at checkout ! After waiting patiently for almost 10 mins. The female cashier abruptly told me I was to join another checkout as she was closing hers , which I addressed. I then joined another busy checkout , she was very rude , not a very nice way to speak to a customer, everyone witnessed it. Two ladies approached me afterwards to see if I was OK and that she was in the wrong , not a pleasant experience, informed she was a manager called Gail, makes it even worse ,....... in all the years I've shopped there the staff were always nice. Not today ..

My father had a hideous fall over a misplaced mat whilst entering their Crowborough branch on the 26th of March.
After copious amounts of recoreded letters, emails,incident boxes and being sent to their Solicitors, the solicitors have now had 3 deadlines pass and we are still nowhere.
This fall caused 2/potentially 3 broken ribs and sprained wrist and bruising infact he is lucky his head didnt hit a pallet.
Instore no manager came whilst he was instore recovering for sometime neither was his name taken! (Two shop workers assisted)
And surprise surprise the solicitors are saying the delays are because Crowborough Morrisons have not sent relevant information or cctv footage!!!
Morrisons you have failed a 78 year old customer of many years.
Poor customer relations, safeguarding and health and safety all happening here.
