I have been in a validation loop for weeks. I have sent EVERYTHING out into the unknown, evidently, to be verified by AI? I cannot get a human to respond no matter what I do. We are paying fees we were told to go ahead with the free trials on and we absolutely can't continue to do so.
Do better Goodstack. All you've done for our life saving initiative is get us GOOD & STUCK.

Goodstack has been an invaluable support for my ministry. I deeply appreciate their professionalism, their speed, and the kindness with which they have accompanied every step of the process. Goodstack has caused me nothing but frustration and heartache. My foundation could really, really help a lot of very needy people if I were to ever get “verified” by Goodstack but that won’t ever happen. No matter what you submit to them, all you receive is some static rejection. The claims that they have support are pure BS. I’ve spent over a month going back and forth, opening tickets, and getting the same static responses. I can’t be verified! I am on every document filed through the feds and my state! At this point all we can do is put together a petition to remove Goodstack from this process. Maybe if we get enough signatures or media attention, Google will find another more competent verification process. If anyone from Goodstack is going to respond to this don’t bother telling me email help@goodstack. It’s a complete waste of time.

Another thing, they want the “original PDF” files. The PDF files are all saved copies, they cannot get originals. These guys are a joke. Google needs to dump them.

You know, Goodstack really hurts a lot of non profits by blocking their access to grant programs; specifically Google. It would probably be worth a documentary film crew investigation to expose what they are doing to the rest of the world. They are standing in the way of foundations reaching people in need because they are lazy or unqualified or both. Endless loops of documents that can never meet standards which they refuse to reveal is not right.

Goodstack, DO NOT tell me to email your BS support. Been doing that for a month. It fixes nothing! It’s the same denial even though I have given you all that you requested. It is my firm belief that you purposefully target certain non profits and will not allow them to bypass the cryptic maze which is your “approval” process.

The communication between us was good. The follow-up was swift.

The word "nonprofit" is everywhere on their site, which reasonably leads you to believe that nonprofit organisations of all kinds are welcome. In practice, eligibility in the UK hinges on being a registered charity recognised by a local regulator. That's a much narrower bar.

They are happy to use the term nonprofit to promote their own brand. But they do not in fact support nonprofits, just charities and churches.

"Registered with a (i) England and Wales: Charity Commission, (ii) Northern Ireland: NICC, (iii) Scotland: OSCR, (iv) for tax exemption with HMRC as a charity, (v) exempt charities; (vi) churches."

Helped gain a non-profit discount for various tools. It was simple and straightforward.

They respond very quickly to questions and provide valuable assistance. When adobe was asking for a code to activate my plan which I had not gotten, the good stack team got back to me within a day.
