Following on from my earlier review, I want to confirm that my administrative access issue has now been resolved. I received confirmation from Google that my access request was approved and the incorrect administrator accounts were removed. I'm now able to log in with our organisation's email and manage our Google for Nonprofits account properly.

Carmela from Goodstack's Service Recovery Team also followed up on my case directly, which I appreciated, even though the actual fix ended up coming through on Google's side just before her message arrived.

It took a long road to get here (see my earlier review for the full story), but glad to see it through to a working outcome.

Overall the service from Goodstack was good, a couple of minor blips which were soon sorted out. The time to get things sorted was pretty quick and allowed us as an organisation to move forward with our plans.

As I read through these reviews, I see that my experience is not individual. What is the problem with this company and it’s a verification process? I have submitted documents multiple times only to be rejected by two of the most important apps that I use in my organization. If I have to go through this company in order to verify my Google or Canva or any other app that I use for a discount based on my nonprofit status, I’m never gonna get what I need. I can see that it has been months and months of have problems for other people here. Please explain to me why this clearing house is holding organizations back from helping humanity? And why are you the clearing house that I have to go through to get a Google account if you cannot do your job properly ?!?! and I don’t want to email Carmela. I want a phone number to call her. The emails feel like walking through peanut butter to get anything solved.

EDIT: Carmela, your company has an option to call me if the subject is marketing. Here is my account with your coma pan y #429023274184. Please resolve this matter today. I am working with a critical timeline. AS WELL< I have received numerous emails requesting information, but NOT what kind of information, nor did it indicate what was unacceptable about my application. @carmela
